Experiencia negativa: I signed up for their 2week $25 promotion while dropping into Phoenix for the month. I typically drop into Crossfit gyms but decided to give F45 a chance. I was very disappointed. First, the workouts are subpar and on a television. The "coaches" are more like class cheerleaders and rarely correct any poor movements. Secondly, don't expect to make friends or find a community here. It's very clique/superficial (including the trainers) and people are in-and-out after the 45min. I don't understand how people are willingly paying $150+ for these workouts. Granted, some trainers were nice and the cold towels were a plus but F45 is not worth the time or money. I will not be going back to an F45 gym after this experience.

These are private owned franchises so you'd need to call individual locations for promotions and special challenges, some also have deals with local fresh food or post workout recovery vendors!

The perfect amount of professionalism mixed with fun- I love the reinforcement from coaches on posture, form etc but also the extra push to go a little faster or harder at times. When I travel I like to find local F45 studios so I can keep up with my workouts. I absolutely loved Tregg’s class. He is the best and also plays great music. Experiencia fantástica: I've been a member of F45 E Phx for about a year. I go weekdays at 6 a.m. Even though it's usually pretty full, they make it work well across all the stations and equipment. What makes this place great, though, is the excellent attention and support from the trainers. Tregg, Chad, and Travis are the best. They have fun and keep the energy up while they are making sure you have good form and push yourself to the best of your ability. The workouts are solid and you are in and out in less than one hour.

Experiencia fantástica: My wife had to convince me to try F45 because I thought it would be too easy. I figured it'd be similar to other group classes with light weights that never excited or challenged me. I was totally wrong. I look forward to the classes first thing in the morning to get my day going on a positive, healthy note. The trainers are great, and will push us individually and as a whole. Love the community aspect of it too. They have occasional happy hours and other get-togethers. I plan on going regularly for the foreseeable future.

So encouraging and they get to know you and your goals to help you reach them. They remembered me from my first visit and welcomed me in by name the second time (and every time after that). Can’t recommend enough! Workouts are hard but not unbearable, I always leave feeling better than I came in!

Though challenging, the coaches will demonstrate ways to modify the workout based on your body's needs. Regardless of whether you're in shape, the studio accommodates to all fitness levels. And lastly, if you're looking for a ~difficult~ cardio workout, then I recommend Wednesday and Saturday mornings with Coaches Travvy & Tregg!

They've created such a welcoming environment at the studio that it was never intimidating starting up. The workouts themselves are challenging and always changing. I'm always humbled by these workouts. I feel stronger, faster, happier, healthier. I feel like an athlete again!

I have seen great results here and they are truly full service from the workouts to body scans and nutrition specialists on staff. I am excited every morning to go to this gym! The workouts are amazing and I am loving getting strong for the first time in my life!!

The REFRESHING cold towels post workout are such a nice touch! Shoutout to Rachel for adding orange essential oils today for a bit of re-energizing power. Becoming a member was without a doubt one of the best decisions I've made this year!

The coaches and front desk staff are so friendly and learned my name right away. I love that the programming changes often so I never get used to the classes and am always challenged! The coaches are always pushing me to go farther, lift heavier, and become a better version of myself. And better yet? The ice cold towel at the end Makes it all worth it!

Always 2 trainers to help you with form and to push you! I love that. We all need to be pushed! All the trainers are very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. They actually learn your name within the first week or 2. My endurance and strength has massively improved.
