Just do what he says and show up then the weight dropped quick. One of the best parts about his training is how masterfully he kept me accountable. Whether it was a text or a call, he was always checking in with me to make sure I was on track. Not only is he a great trainer but he’s one of the most solid and righteous humans I’ve ever known. Experiencia fantástica: BEST TRAINER IN ARCADIA!! I don't live in Arcadia but I workout with Joey through Zoom. When I can, I travel to Arcadia to train with him in person even though I live an hour away. Joey has helped me and my daughter stayed focus, motivated and is helping us reach our fitness goals. He is always available to answer any questions I have. I'm so glad he is my trainer.

He helped guide me with my meal plans and within 4 months I was down 20lbs and have kept it off since. It’s been almost 2 years! He’s knowledgeable, innovative and very supportive.
