Experiencia fantástica: I wanted to start off by thanking my friend Mary Jo for inviting me to join her at one of the Crossfit classes at Premier. She said I think you might enjoy it! Well I've been hooked ever since. I can't believe in just 2 1/2 months how much my physique has changed. I've never been a club guy. I always worked out at home didn't like waiting around to use equipment. At Premier your in and out in 1 hour and the workout is incredible! Goran is a great instructor and motivator. He is always pushing you for your best effort! I'm 53 years old and my goal is to have six pack abs by next summer. Something I haven't seen since my early twenties! Thanks again to Mary Jo, Goran and to my fellow workout friends at Premier you ROCK!. Stay fit to live life!

Experiencia fantástica: Helen just gave me an incredible leg work out, going to be sore and love it. I've been going for years when I visit my parents. Goran, Helen, and the other trainers keep workouts fun and challenging and you get results. They push you hard but know when to back off. Experiencia fantástica: I have been working out at Premier fitness for the last seven years. As far as personal training goes this is the best gym and one of the best workouts that I ever have had. Over the years I have worked with several one-on-one trainers and had just so-so results Goren and his team have been top notch and I have seen tremendous improvement. The nice thing about this gym is that it is small group training the clientele is very friendly and is a pleasure to work out with. I highly recommend Premier Fitness
