Experiencia fantástica: Outstanding facility, trainers, staff, and instructors. The heated Olympic size swimming pool is outstanding. The hot tub has great jets for a very pleasant relaxing dip. Another feature - it’s not crowded!

Experiencia fantástica: One of the best things in the community, offers small gym with Nautilus equipment, weights, bags, elliptical machine, stepper, rower, balance equipment, etc... several personal trainer to choose from. Exercise rooms for different levels of yoga classes, etc... Basketball court and pickleball. Great indoor pool with water aerobics class available, nice changing rooms and spa. Racquet ball too! All this for a very reasonable price.

Experiencia fantástica: Love, Love, Love the Wellness Center at Antioch . The staff is very helpful, and the teachers that we have had in the classes have been wonderful teachers. They are all very knowledgeable, lots of years of experience, Angie, Lynn and Carmen are especially experienced with seniors. Love the fact the work out room doesn't have TV's or music blaring. The building has been restored, love the combination of old with the new, all the big windows letting the light in. The facility is well kept and clean. When our 9 yr old grandson comes to visit, we bring him to the Center for a day. For $5 guest fee he plays racquetball, we all play badminton , and ping-pong, he shoots baskets in the gym, and we all go swimming. He is happy all afternoon. And yes the pool is awesome and the hot tub is helping us get through the winter. Membership is very reasonable for all that is included. We are very grateful for the Wellness Center. Art and Janet.
