Many programs are geared toward athletes trying to get more out of their training. But there also beginner level classes that help you lose weight and keep it off. I highly recommend checking them out if you are trying to better yourself.

Experiencia fantástica: Our kids have been taking swimming lessons here for years. We love Coach Michelle. Classes are small and the kids have lots of attention. They learn faster compared to other places.

Experiencia fantástica: The coaches are amazing and really care about your success. When I first came here, I was welcomed to "the family" of TFPers. The Swim center is right next to Jimmy Johns(which is a plus!). If you want to get fit and healthy quickly, then this is the place to go!

Experiencia fantástica: A great workout every time. In almost 3 years as a member we have never done the same workout twice. It's a great positive atmosphere for whatever your fitness goals are.

Experiencia fantástica: My 6 year daughter has taken swim lesson with coach Michelle. Prior to coming here, my daughter did not have any swim experience other than going down kiddy water slides. Each lesson has given her more confidence and new skills. There are two store fronts that TFP occupy. Swim lessons is right of Jimmy Johns.
