Experiencia negativa: No one answers the phone here. Only been a member for a couple months but canceled because the hours just didn’t work for our schedule. The “no contract” is pretty cool. However, I wouldn’t recommend this facility. There’s one front desk lady who is personable otherwise you’ll be met by high schoolers that don’t even acknowledge your presence. Equipment is okay.. always cleaning them but somehow they manage to stay dirty. Anyways… Answer the phones.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member of this gym for over 10 years. Highly recommend. Frequently purchasing new equipment and women’s locker room is nice and clean.

Experiencia negativa: I have been going to northbound off and on for the past four years. I do enjoy coming to this gym, it has a great atmosphere and environment. However, I have some complaints regarding the cleanliness, maintenance and upkeep. 1.) please invest in a water filtration system. The water system tastes like rust. By the water bottle filling station, there is rust and calcification build up. Not only does it need to be cleaned thoroughly, but it is not right to not provide clean and filtered water to your patrons. 2.) Old Benches have been replaced with Amazon benches. I know this because the same red and black one in the gym is sitting in my basement. They are wobbly, not sturdy and should not be used in a gym atmosphere with that kind of traffic. 3.) Tighten the belts on your treadmills. Not only is this a safety issue, but comfort for people walking or running on the treads. Half of the treadmills need some serious maintenance work. I understand there are new, young owners of this gym. But they still need to maintain the quality of the gym or patrons will go elsewhere.

Experiencia fantástica: Clean and large open space with everything a novice gym rat needs,lol! Always seem to be able to get on equipment as needed,friendly staff and owners with a shoutout to the very knowledgeable trainers on hand. Easy parking around whole building.

Experiencia fantástica: Aira fitness is great! We enjoy the 24/7 access and the staff are very accommodating. There is plenty of equipment and space for all types of workouts/programs

Excellent spin class in the morning too! Thank God for the new ownership. Someone who cares and goes above and beyond.

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend this place. I always feel welcome there. The staff and instructors are truly awesome! There are many fitness classes to choose from. There is also a huge selection of fitness equipment. The entire gym has recently had some major additions and renovations too.

Experiencia fantástica: I started coming here almost a year ago now. I am in my mid-fifties and hadn’t ever joined a gym before. I was pretty intimidated to even walk in the door, but haven’t regretted it. Everyone has been extremely friendly and helpful. The new owner has done a great deal of updates and is always there to greet you and see how things are going. The bathrooms and locker rooms have been improved. More televisions have been added. Lighting and fans have improved throughout. New flooring put it. Everything has been cleaned, organized, and walls are painted. I attend the fitness classes and have loved them all. The instructors are fabulous and are always there to help modify things and conscious of making sure you aren’t getting injured. It has been a very positive experience and I have an entire group of gym friends now.

Experiencia fantástica: Being a new member I felt a little frustrated but mostly enthusiastic, so HANGING IN THERE was the smartest thing to do. ( patience pays off) and with the help of staff, owner, and members turned out great. ❤️‍♀️ GREAT SELECTION OF CLASSES. Plenty of space to workout, BIG selection of WEIGHTS everything you need from MACHINES. Thank you to the staff, I truly appreciate the KINDNESS, TIME and EFFORT.

Experiencia negativa: My friends and I used to play b-ball in the half court room and now they blocked the rim so we can’t play there anymore. Really disappointed plus they raised the price to 10 dollars for open gym. At least have the good hoop open if I’m going to pay 10 dollars until the staff stops being stubborn and unblocks the hoop I’m not going there again and I’m leaving this as a one star.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member at YWF for the last 3 years. I go to many different fitness classes and I have recently started working with a personal trainer. The instructors and trainers are absolutely amazing. I love them all!!! They care about every person in their classes and make modifications for any person unable to something due to injury or ability so that almost anyone can go to any class. They not only teach you how to prevent injury but how to properly exercise/stretch certain injuries. They are supportive and encouraging and kind to everyone. The other members are friendly & supportive as well. I never thought I would ever like to go the gym but I can honestly say I love it and I actually look forward to going.

Experiencia positiva: Has the feel of an old school gym. I like the chill atmosphere as opposed to LA fitness where it has a toxic culture. Their customer service staff has been great and always greeted me with a warm welcome. Gym is a little dated and the carpet looks beyond awful, but I like the gym.

Experiencia positiva: This is a nice large gym with fitness classes, though they ALWAYS have on Fox news. There are 2 televisions and one always has sports, while the other is always Foxnews that is broadcasting in the whole gym in the mornings. There are other television shows that cause less divisiveness. Not everyone that goes to this gym has the views presented on Fox news.
