Experiencia fantástica: Staff is very welcoming. Even if you’re not. Was nervous about starting a new gym and the staff made me feel welcomed and included. Was going through a rough divorce and child custody battle and this place was the only thing to keep the gun out of mouth. If you’re looking for a machine not at other gyms they have it. You’re not gonna get a better bang for your buck.

On the other hand staff are cold and hard to reach at times. And the environment is incredibly muggy and hot. As someone who works in the heat all day I appreciate a cooler gym environment.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going here for about 2-3 weeks and I am amazed by this gym for several reasons. First I want to preface that I am a very experienced lifter 10+ years and I have been to a lot of gyms all over the country. So when you hear "snap fitness" a well equipped gym is not the first thing that pops into my mind. I could not have been more wrong, I was blown away by the amount of machines and racks that this SNAP has. They even have a deadlift platform with an Ohio deadlift bar for powerlifters in the back. Second its incredibly convenient with it being 24/7, this makes it perfectly flexible for me since I am trying to manage holiday work hours, and full time graduate school. Third the regulars and staff here are incredibly nice and welcoming. People come up and talk to me when I'm looking for some in-between set conversation, and they also leave me alone when I have my headphones on just looking to grind through a workout.

I joined in the summer went a lot, then after two back to back minor injuries I fell out of rhythm. After months of not going, I decided to cancel my membership. I went in to cancel and was shamefully rude to the staff. The woman who helped me was nothing but kind. I just wanted to put my failure's blame on someone else. The point is, this is an incredibly professional staff. They are kind, ready to help, and deserve to be treated well. The gym is fantastic, just need to actually go to get results!

They really have turned things around! It’s clean, they expanded, and they have added loads of new, top of the line equipment. I’m very excited to rejoin the Snap family and am changing my review from 1 to 5 stars! Original review: I very rarely leave reviews, but I have had it with Snap (especially this location). If I could 0 stars, I would. I have been trying to cancel my membership for the past 2 weeks. I have been there in person 3x so far and no one is ever there at their posted hours. I have emailed and called and left voicemails, all with no response. I do not have time to be going to this gym every single day and no one be there. I do not have time to keep sending emails. I do not have time to keep calling and leaving voicemails. They have no problem taking my money every month, but all the sudden no one is available when I need to cancel. Whoever runs this Snap has no idea how to run a business and they really should consider a new line of work. In addition to NEVER being able to get a hold of anyone, this gym is outdated and filthy! I don't think I've ever seen anyone vaccum or clean anything here. If you are thinking about joining this gym, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

I was a member a couple years back when they had half of the equipment they do now and while customer service and maintenance were terrible. Now Snap Fitness Kenosha has everything you need no matter what you’re in the gym for. It’s always clean and well kept and Andre and Becca are constantly looking for ways to improve the gym to elevate the experience for everyone.

The equipment has been upgraded to cater to professional athletes. The vibe of the gym is inclusive and welcoming. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and I’m always greeted at some point during my after-work workouts. Love the additions to the south side of the gym! Super clean and the equipment I need is always available.

I was a member for over a year and my key card didn’t work and instead of having decent customer service with someone who has faithfully been a member over a year I was told oh well we’re changing our scanner so nothing we can do. Then I was told I was using the card wrong after again I’ve been a member for over a year. I was told I can come back 10-6 some other day meanwhile I’m faithfully paying each month. The whole point of getting this membership was to be able to use it 24 hours a day. I need to be able to come in early because I work during the day. I’m not taking time off work to come up to a gym I’m paying for! Staff today was rude. Would highly recommend going else where. They can take my money but did not even offer a credit for the days I have not been able to use the membership which is completely fine I will take my money elsewhere.

She custom tailored my workout plan to accommodate my age and knee replacement and bad shoulders. She’s very in-tune with your body and watches carefully while you are working out. Experiencia fantástica: This place is CLEAN, all the people are friendly, there's a TONNN of equipment, and the staff are some of the MOST AWESOME peoe ive ever met. . . tTHE NEW OWNERS are awesome like I said, the only negativity I see on these reveiws is from the membership cancellation over from the last owners. How about instead of leaving a bad reveiw you call TY and you can get it handled. Or just maybe, you should just go back to the gym. We miss you

Experiencia positiva: There were some issues with billing because of some shenanigans with other locations, but after speaking with the manager Ty, most of the issue seems to be being resolved. Will be changing to 5 stars after everything pertaining to this location is solved, but overall my experience with working with their team has shown me that they are highly professional, understanding, and willing to cooperate and work through issues, even if those problems are not of their making.

Experiencia positiva: It is near impossible to get your membership canceled. Staff hours are ridiculous. Abby does a great job there. Otherwise equipment is not bad, small but adequate.

Experiencia negativa: Way too hot. It should be more like 70 not 80 degrees. Boutta produce enough sweat for a pond, not comfortable.

Experiencia negativa: I love working out here, people are very polite the trainers are always smiling and showing great attitude. My only negative thing I could say is that I wish they're have more hand sanitizer stations throughout the gym and that they'd encourage people to wear mask. Is super uncomfortable to workout where are people fast breathing or coughing around you.

Experiencia negativa: This gym is awful. The bathrooms are nasty, and the staff is hardly ever present, but since they just sit in the office doing nothing when they are present, I guess it doesn't matter much. The equipment they have is old, worn and cheap. They don't have much though. There are 5 sets 45 lb plates for everyone to share, so if two or three people squeeze into the weight area to lift, they go fast. The tanning room is dirty, and the clear plexiglass you lay on is cracking, so hopefully no one gets hurt or worse on it. I've been a member of many gyms in the 12 years I was stationed in the Navy, been in gyms all over the country, and this is one of the worst. I tried to cancel, but since they require 30 days, I get to be a member through April. Weird how you become a member instantly, billed instantly, etc., when signing up, but it takes 30 days to cancel a membership. I'm sure that's not in the contract to steal an extra month, it's just much more difficult to cancel a membership than start one.
