Experiencia fantástica: This place has everything I need to get in a great workout regardless of time of day. The staff keeps the place super clean and anytime there's an issue with any of the equipment, it's fixed in a timely manner. I think the best thing about this gym is that the people who go are pretty chill. People work out and don't bother eachother. Nobody is trying to record videos in there or anything. Worth it.

Experiencia negativa: I’m a Member of Well on Target Fitness Program explained to the woman I’m not from the area but I have access to multiple gyms and that I wouldn’t be coming back this way she was forcing me to pay $20 when I pay $100 a month for my membership to have access to multiple gyms. She told me they didn’t even have day passes…. Went to LA No Charge there.

Experiencia negativa: I use to work out here but the owner stopped taking insurance, so i can't recommend this place anymore. Especially when his manager was rude to me. I got a long with every one there especially the owner and the manager, however I had mentioned to the manager that it was nice knowing you, but guess I will have to find another gym which I'm glad I did in Antioch and they take the insurance and open anytime. I said it's sad that Jeff the owner isn't taking the insurance anymore and his manager says well it's not fair to the memmbers who are paying full price to make up for the difference for those who aren't. Referring to those who are on insurance. So I can't recommend this place anymore.

Experiencia negativa: As a former long time SNAP member I was told I could rejoin without the large initial fee (which is correct) but since I signed up at a location 3 miles away I was told it didn’t apply. Stating that wasn’t fair from a customer standpoint Jeff gave me a lecture on how their franchise structure and that I should understand that. I replied I would prioritize the customer experience using another company as a reference to show people just see it as a brand and aren’t responsible for understanding the business structure they just see it as a brand. To which I was further lectured in a more condescending tone. It’s very clear they prefer fees at this location vs client experience… sad to see a business run this way. Also not even intelligent the fee would have been made up in 2 months but I’m taking my business elsewhere. ESPORTA is larger and has no intitial fee and only $29.99

Experiencia positiva: Very neat, clean and organized. Plenty of equipment. The biggest concern I had was how warm it was which really affected my workout, could not breathe. This is by far the warmest Snap Fitness I ever experienced. The thermostat indicated 65 but my house is 66 and it was much warmer than my house. Try going to 62 and see if anyone notices. You do have a lot of ceiling fans. Also a couple pieces of equipment on the weight presses had broken pins where the heads came off. What a pain!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to Snap Fitness for a couple of months now, and I'm extremely happy with my results! This gym is clean and has a wide variety of machines to work on. The other members are quiet and don't bother you, and the staff is always incredibly helpful. I've had a couple sessions with one of the trainers Jen, and she is just awesome to work with.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m here 4-5 times per week. Love that it’s a short walk from my house. Nice clean facility where everyone minds their own business. Staff is friendly and helpful. This facility has Matrix equipment which I find superior to the Cybex equipment found at other locations I have visited in Las Vegas, Lexington, Minneapolis, and Port Charlotte FLA. And the Woodway treadmills are state of the art. Members at the Lake Villa location are considerate in keeping the equipment clean for the next user.

Experiencia positiva: Pretty basic amenities & equipment but gets the job done for working out whenever you want. Staff hours aren't always adhered to by staff members, but that doesn't seem to change the experience at all. The two personal bathrooms are nice & clean, with plenty of space to change inside. The most crowded it gets after 5pm still isn't crowded really. Price is kinda steep but does grant you access to every other branch, and it doesn't get much better at nearby competitors.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the largest of the area three, it's never crowded, all of the machines are in tip-top shape and repaired quickly, and they have actual hand towels for machine wipe-downs and personal use which is a nice touch
