Experiencia negativa: They do not process cancelations within 24hours, THIS IS A LIE! It has been over a month and they still have not processed my cancelation. They now have charged me a late fee due to me reporting to my bank my attempts in cancelation. The front desk doesn't pick up the phone and they are no help in canceling. Bad business!

Experiencia negativa: Owner is not honest. They try to claim that they cannot charge your account just so they can add late fees and extra charges. When you sign up, they claim that you can cancel your account at any time, but when you try to do so they tell you that you are locked into a membership agreement. I have had multiple people tell me they have this same issue.

Experiencia negativa: Most of the treadmills are broken and the ones that are okay to use, barely work. I spoke with the owner and he walked away. I heard that other students already reach out to him asking for newer machines but he didn’t care. Cleanness is also something that need to be improved: the entrance is always dirty, the mirror stays stained for weeks, the bathroom also need some attention.

Experiencia negativa: Been coming here for years. It’s impossible to lift here anymore. There are far too many trainers training 10 people at a time. Not to mention that in the morning and afternoon there is a trainer upstairs that teaches a class. The people in the class then come down and use the equipment on the main floor. Trainers are all rude too.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to Inspire since they opened. They are a no hassle gym with 24 hour access, I rarely have to wait for a machine and the community is the friendliest and kindest of all the gyms I've ever been to. It's the only gym for me, especially because I work late nights.

Experiencia positiva: It's a very good place, they've got just about all the equipment you can need, but some of them are in a bit of disrepair, especially the cardio machines. The owner is very nice and knowledgeable, and the 24 hour availability is a huge draw for me. I don't avail the personal trainers here, so I cannot speak to their quality, but I will say that there's some sort of guided cardio class they do on the second floor around 5:30 that is just beyond annoying, where they play music so loud that you can hear it through headphones on the other side of the gym, without even turning off the music that they normally play on speakers throughout the facility, so it just becomes this loud muddled mess during their busiest time, which is typically rather crowded as is. This is definitely the type of gym you'd want to go to on an off hour

Experiencia fantástica: Great selection of both traditional weights as well as an area to work functional “crossfit” style workouts. I stop here when I am in town and am impressed with the cleanliness and selection of equipment.

Experiencia positiva: The hours of operation state that someone is available on weekdays at 9AM to help with memberships. I arrived at 9AM and was unable to enter. A member let me in and told me I needed a key card. My first impression was "well it's a gym". It seemed maintained and used for it's intended purpose. I went to the front desk and no one was there. I probably waited a little less than 10 minutes before leaving. No one showed me around and I was unable to sign up. I'm slightly discouraged.

Experiencia fantástica: great gym! Small so you never have to wait to use a machine or like working out amongst a lot of people! The front desk lady with blonde hair is also very helpful! Always has a giant smile and makes you feel welcome.

Experiencia negativa: OMG!!! That place is soooooo dusty, tanning machine doesn't work and is SOOOOOO HOT during Summer! Air conditioner doesn't work!!!!! :/ That's sad that we all try to talk to them but they don't seem to care! :/

Experiencia negativa: The gym is OK. Nothing more. NONE of the equipment is new as one rater observed. Most of it is previously used. Top floor contracted out to a personal trainer and after 5PM, it's a fight to get on any equipment on the main floor, as it's used by Prado fitness personal trainers with about 15 clients monopolizing a great deal of the equipment. Dumbbells which break are not repaired, and bent ones are not replaced. Looks tired and run down. Facility in NOT very clean as one rater posted.

Experiencia fantástica: When I was looking for a gym, I wanted to find one with a friendly staff, effective trainers, a wide variety of equipment, hours to fit my schedule, and a positive atmosphere amongst patrons. This gym checks all those boxes as well as being immaculately clean. I'd never go to another gym.
