Experiencia fantástica: Excellent gym with great equipment. The have a nice turf area for stretching, sled pulls, and plyometrics. Prices are very reasonable. Would highly recommend this place for bodybuilders and strength trainers but it is also great if you just want to get in shape.

Experiencia fantástica: Went there for years when I lived in the cities. About as old school and hardcore vibes as it gets! One of the best gyms I have had a membership at and the owner is really knowledgeable about anything training!

Experiencia fantástica: Nicely equipped gym, clean, not too busy so you can get to the equipment you need to workout. There are also some cardio machines. Owner Rollie is there daily(usually around 11am}, and is responsive to questions and to show you how the equipment works. He is also a coach (loves to work with bodybuilders) and there are other coaches who train with their clients out of this gym.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent place to workout. Never crowded. Reserved parking. Hardcore gym. Lots of space, membership is reasonable. Wonderful location and you can get in and get out. Certain hours of operation, but if you are the last one, just turn off lights and leave.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly staff, great gym and environment. The equipment is straightforward and there’s lots of it. The layout just makes sense and the music is great. On top of all of this it’s fairly priced.

Experiencia fantástica: Metroflex is an awesome gym. Friendly staff, great equipment and the atmosphere is the best. It's like your apart of a family and very affordable. Highly recommend becoming a member. You'll be very pleased to be apart or the Metroflex family.

Experiencia fantástica: The environment is so welcoming and the members are great! There is room for everyone, powerlifters, bodybuilders, cross-fitters, and no one really cares what you do. You can just do you. You can always find a spotter, and there are folks with real knowledge there. Now, the best part of the gym has to be Rollie, the owner. He is super knowledgeable, very friendly, he has made a HUGE difference in my raining, especially helping me rehab a really, really injured shoulder. Rollie wrote a meal plan for my wife, and she is a different athlete. So yes, MetroFlex is the place to be!

Experiencia fantástica: I liked this gym. Great variety of free weights & machines, friendly staff/owner, and occasionally a cute little dog wandering around . Great place to work out, clean, never too crowded. Wish I still lived in the area. Thanks for a good experience.

Experiencia fantástica: What you have in Rollie, the gym’s owner is a guy with encyclopedic knowledge and a great knack for motivating and bringing out the best results for each client. I attained a personal best in the bench press under his guidance and recommend him highly for reaching what ever fitness goal you are seeking!

I do not look like your typical gym goer and there are a lot of serious lifters here, but the staff is great and the all the clients I have met are really nice. I have been working out here a couple days a week for the past couple months and I have never felt judged. They have some fun equipment you don't find at the big name gyms and the environment is a great change. Highly recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: Feel in love with this gym after the first day. Members are dedicated. Staff are knowledgeable and professional. High quality equipment and free weights. The space is a little small but size doesn't mean it feels crowded. Note this gym is for people that are not other afraid of commitment to lifting programs. The members are serious about their lifting goals but not unwelcoming there is always a willingness to help people get into fittness.

Experiencia fantástica: First! Dedicated hard core training facility. High energy, high motivation gym with people who love to work out. The owner is an exceedingly knowledgeable individual with great training expertise. Open garage door style gym with a massage therapist on site.

Experiencia fantástica: Employees have a love for fitness and making sure everyone has the best experience... they are friendly & helpful with any questions I had. The vibe in the gym is motivational. The music is loud and good workout music. Everyone comes in there to work hard. I drive about 30-35 mins because I really like this gym.

Experiencia fantástica: This is an amazing gym. The staff are all professional, knowledgeable, friendly! They go out of way to help you! The owner is a wealth of knowledge! Are adding new programs all the time, will be adding kick boxing classes soon! They make everyone feel comfortable and strive to make every experience positive. Honestly, I'm middle age man who has been to many gyms, this has been the best experience I have had at a gym. Walk thru door and you will be happy you did!!!
