Experiencia fantástica: I have always been nervous or felt like CrossFit was something I could NEVER do or feel like I belong at. I was SO SO SO wrong! The staff at CrossFit Osiris and the other members were both extremely welcoming and supportive! They showed me that it doesn't matter where you're starting or what shape you're in now that matters, it's how you show up and the effort you put in. Their coaches are all there for you to get what you need out of your workout and support at the level you need. All without forcing anything on you even when the workouts are tough!! I have never felt better at any gym or after any workout before joining this gym! Thank you!!

I’ve gain confidence, learned how to be persistent and work towards my goals, and as a bonus have found an amazing community as well. It feels like home walking into Osiris and I don’t take that for granted. Amazing coaches and other members who genuinely care about each other. 10/10 recommend, especially if this is your first time getting into a gym.

I've been doing CrossFit since 2015 -- I've been to numerous other gyms (locally, other states, other countries), and this is by far one of the best. The staff and members are welcoming. The facility is spotless and has great equipment. The class offerings and programming are great! No matter your fitness level, you'll be challenged and will see results if you put the work in.

The coaches are amazing and they do a great job of creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere! I recently participated in their 28 day nutrition and program/challenge and I’m so happy that I did! I was looking for a nutrition program that would hold me accountable to committing to the daily tasks and challenges needed to create healthy lifestyle habits. Vanessa did a wonderful job of making sure everyone stayed engaged and making the content and the weekly challenges simple to follow and complete. Learning simple nutrition fundamentals like the plate method has helped me make weekly meal prepping simple. I would recommend CrossFit Osiris to anyone looking for a new workout program that is both challenging and rewarding.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been a member of Osiris for 6.5 years and couldn't imagine a better place to train. (I've been a "gym rat" for 28 years so this is saying something!) Osiris is always clean, with plenty of equipment and space for everyone. I love that the class sizes aren't too large, allowing for engaging and attentive coaching from some of the best coaches around. The atmosphere here is warm, welcoming, and supportive, which makes it easy to push yourself and stay consistent. Over the years, consistently working out here has made me stronger and leaner, and I've made some amazing friends who regularly hang out together outside of class time. Osiris hosts lots of fun events that bring the whole community together. What stands out most is how the owner continuously reinvests in Osiris, updating & acquiring new equipment and ensuring the coaches receive ongoing training to keep improving. Classes here are, hands down, the best hour of my day. If you're looking for a place to work hard, have fun, and be part of a great community that genuinely cares about you, I highly recommend Osiris!

Experiencia fantástica: I love Osiris! I came to the gym visiting the cities, for the Holidays managed to get a freeguest pass to a local gym. I just hated it, sitting on a machine at that gym I was just wishing for a workout with a community. To workout with friends, family and people that wanted me to be there. I searched for a crossfit gym hoping one was near by and had a class. Osiris Is AMAZING I called and It changed my whole day, changed my whole mood! The owner answered and is super nice, helpful and everything you would want in a coach. I got to do 12 days of Xmas workout with the Osiris Crew! amazing community just felt like family and like I was right at home! I was greeted when I walked in the door, everyone there is super welcoming and is a culture of encouragement all over the gym! I got a great workout felt like being at my home crossfit gym. I plan to come back every time I visit the Twin Cities! Osiris Is fantastic! Perfect for all skill levels. Check them out! I had two great early morning workouts that got me moving and helped me keep focused on my goals even while I was on the road. They have a huge space with lots of equipment and seem to have a great community that treated me as if I was a member. I would happily join if I lived in the area, and will keep them in mind if I'm ever back.

Experiencia fantástica: I stopped in for the first time in January as a complete stranger to a community that was clearly close knit. You would expect that to feel intimidating and uncomfortable as an outsider but it was clear how genuine the openness is from everybody. All three coaches have already helped me in areas I've asked for advice in and ways that I didn't even realize I needed guidance with. It's evident how much thought and effort goes in to the programming. It's an amazing feeling to come in and work as hard as you can, knowing that the results are there to be had if you simply trust what's on the white board and let them coach you through it.

I love that the community supports each other and holds each other accountable. The facility is very nice. You can scale the workouts to your ability so everyone is working together pushing each other to do their best. I can honestly say I enjoy my time here each week.

Experiencia fantástica: I started working out at CrossFit Osiris when they first opened back in May 2017. The coach, Vanessa was a coach at another CrossFit Affiliate that closed. I was excited to transition to the new affiliate with a coach I already knew, but also a lot of the same members I worked out with in the previous years. You won't regret giving it a try. Please don't be scared - everyone here will get you through it. The coaches are fun, silly, encouraging, inspiring and will walk you through everything. CrossFit is expensive, it's no secret, but you most definitely get what you pay for with CrossFit. It won't be one of those things that you sign up for a monthly/yearly membership and won't use. You'll be committed and excited to go to each class. You'll get the best workout you've ever done and have fun doing it!
