Experiencia fantástica: Annapolis Power Yoga has great instructors who are clearly invested in what they teach. They offer several different types of yoga and lots of classes throughout the week. The meditation class is fantastic. Facility is clean and showers are available.

Experiencia fantástica: Really enjoy taking Rachel’s classes here! She encourages you to push yourself and accomplish the goals of your practice. Great vinyasa flow. Highly recommend her classes!

Experiencia fantástica: Annapolis Power Yoga is a fabulous studio. The hot Vinyasa flow class offers as many different styles as they have teachers (many good ones & lots who did their training at APY). I recommend you try them all and mix it up. There is no precise formula, but you are guaranteed a great workout. Their classes set to live music and classes taught on City Dock are an added bonus.

Experiencia negativa: I personally have never been here, I thought about trying it out but after the multiple incidents of this place causing sprinklers to go off, the fire alarms sound and disturb the people who live in that building! You don’t deserve my business if you’re going to keep repeating your mistake and disrupting the people who pay to live here. Be considerate of others, people do have babies!!! Move your business elsewhere.

Experiencia fantástica: To say Annapolis Power Yoga has changed my life would be an understatement. I have always been healthy, worked out and ate well but just wasn't seeing the results I desired. I bought a Groupon to try some of APY's classes and never looked back. This is not just a yoga studio it's a lovely village of amazing people. No judgment just love and encouragement. Emily Vendemmia gently guides you to achieve the strongest and best version of yourself. Buti class has given me abs, at 50 years old and 2 grown children later! If you have never tried Buti it's a must. I was so intimidated but slowly learned the movements and I am HOOKED! Every instructor talks you through postures that seem impossible, I am always surprising myself. I would highly recommend Annapolis Power Yoga if you want to be part of an amazing tribe!!!
