Experiencia negativa: Non transparent hours for basketball court and oasis. Hard to understand online schedule posting. Reached out to front desk staff and although she was kind but admit she did not know how basketball schedule works. Accessing a monthly fee based gym should not come with so much ambiguity and hardship.

Experiencia fantástica: Best deal in the county. Wet/dry sauna, heated pool, free weights, resistance machine, cardio machines, dumbbells up to 100#: $5 a visit.

Experiencia positiva: Great facility, but service/help is hard to find when needed. Often times, the worker doesn't know how to answer my questions.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent health and wellness center. Senior membership is very affordable. Free weights, numerous adjustable weight machines, classes for multiple interests, too much more, and an Olympic size saltwater pool. I'm really stoked about our memberships.

Experiencia fantástica: Pool closed unexpectedly with no apparent reason. Also did not like that it will be closed for the rest of the day. Edit- Excellent services at the pool and good intervention. Although it is frustrating to have unexpected cancellations, I appreciate the Center's initiative to keep the swimming pool closed when unexpected sanitation issues (ie poop in the pool) arise. I will continue to support this swimming facility!

Experiencia negativa: Good gym but they close too early. I get off of work at around 8:30pm and only have an hour to workout & hit the sauna until the sauna closes at 9:30. On Sundays they close at 8pm and sauna at 7:30...

Experiencia negativa: I don’t let children in the jacuzzi, and the main pool is cold. At the entrance, we were not warned about the hours with children, but already inside the pool they asked us to leave, and this happened twice. relations are so-so, well, what can you say, this is Michigan, it is so famous among the rest of the states.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely amazing! Their pool is salt water, the hot tub large, with plenty of room, so no awkward crowding. The front desk staff was immensely helpful. We are there for lessons, and I cannot sing the praises of the teachers enough! They took two very water hesitant (even fearful) kiddos and had them swimming happily in two short weeks.

Experiencia fantástica: As a senior I can walk the indoor track for free through the winter months. Warm, dry, clean, smooth... what more could you ask for?

Experiencia fantástica: It's a beautiful facility with a big pool and nice equipment. I briefly had the pool to myself at 9am on a Thursday. The Oasis is also amazing - especially the steam room is really nicely done. One suggestion, their credit card reader wouldn't work with my card, probably down, so make sure to bring cash if you're doing a drop in.

Experiencia positiva: This is an absolutely beautiful facility. The pool is absolutely stunning and the fitness equipment is new. It has floor to ceiling windows so you can look outside while you swim or are on the eliptical. It is a great value if you're a swimmer because there are no other pools like this in the area and this is a nice pool. The not-so-great: 1. the summer hours are brief (but I guess that's changing soon) 2. the pool closes an half an hour before the facility closes, even if it closes twice in one day - really? Swimmers don't take longer to shower or get dressed. Why? and 3. this is actually a HUGE design flaw: the beautiful spa room with the hot tub and infrared lights is the loudest room I've ever heard. Even if two people are talking somewhat quietly, it echos, and there are some people (one man in particular) who is the loudest (as well as opinionated and self-important) big mouth - when he's in there, I don't go in because the room literally vibrates with his voice. Maybe there could be a "no outside voice" rule, but I've found that such people either think they're not using an outside voice or the rule doesn't apply to them. Anyway, it's unfortunate that the place wasn't designed for optimal quiet like the rest of the club. It is a pretty significant design flaw, but hey, it's the only place around with a lovely hot tub, steam room, etc.

Experiencia positiva: Beautiful environment. I love the spa experience in the waterfall hot tub, sauna, and steam room. The only thing that needs improvement are the hours the gym is open. It is split into two schedules for the day and it closes at 8pm. Also, the one piece suit rule is a bit outdated. Otherwise, great place.
