Experiencia negativa: Great facility, but horrible experience with rude management over a billing issue that was their fault. I want to be clear, I have no issue paying my regular monthly membership dues and fully expect to stay up to date. I reached out regarding a large lump sum I was charged without warning. Sharon claimed my card had been declining since September and that they had emailed me to let me know. I had two issues with her response. 1.) I knew the bit about my card declining was a lie because I do not keep a balance on my card and my statements would have shown a declined payment. 2.) I went through all emails and spam and never found any attempt to notify me that this was an issue. I brought it to Sharon's attention that the staff never issued a verbal notification during the numerous times I have checked in at the desk, never called the number on file, and never cared to make sure they had filed my email down correctly (they had not, hence why I did not recieve a notification). Again, I have no problem paying out my dues. But I do have an issue with the lack of communication, care, and effort on their part. There were so many opportunities for staff to kindly stop me at check in and ask for updated information or for a simple phone call to have been made. Curtosey goes a long way, but it is in short supply at Community Sports & Wellness. Glad to be taking my buisness elsewhere.

Experiencia fantástica: Thank goodness they got rid of that annoying cheer program and don't let kids overrun the gym area. They were ruining it for the adults who pay to use the facilities. Cheers kids are almost as spoiled as their parents.

Experiencia negativa: I bought membership for my family. But in the middle of month they told me that not allowing to train kids in gym. Wasted the money. It’s nice facility at all, but stuped rules n policies. Looking for another gym, where I can train with my kids together and they can get experience by example of dad

Experiencia negativa: If you are a PoC I would NOT recommend sending your child to the summer program. Nothing against the teens who are employed but there is a lot of missed incidents. My child isn’t a saint by any means but every incident he is the only child singled out (by our eye view). Two kids are always involved but only one (the wild boy of color) gets removed from the situation and sent home. There were a few incidents that he was hurt but the staff members never informed us and he told us when we arrived home. I was under the impression that both parties rightfully were given consequences but now I know that’s not true.

Experiencia negativa: This company is very money driven. They don’t care about the area or the people of Pendleton. They wanted to raise the gym fees over 40% per girl in the Cheerleading program. When the head coach said no, they asked them to leave because the cheer program no longer fit their business model. We will no longer do business with this gym. Nor will I suggest them to anyone who is looking for a gym.

Experiencia negativa: i toured this gym and was told my Medicare insurance would be honored here…silver sneakers… so i go home gather my workout gear and go back the next day only to be told they don’t honor it ANYMORE because “we don’t want to be a geriatric gym”.

Experiencia fantástica: Great facility for the entire family. We first visited during a USTA tennis tournament my son had there, and joined shortly thereafter. It is a great place for the entire family. My kids love going there to play tennis, do the open gym Ninja course and also lift weights and do cardio. Highly recommend to anyone looking to join a gym. Equipment and facility is quite new and easy to use.

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice, new facility. Clean. Tennis court lighting is great. The rail at 2nd level should be painted a dark color to help with contrast of the tennis ball. Would make it easier to see I think especially on overheads and toss for serve.

Experiencia fantástica: I went this place for USTA tournament. The best tennis court I've ever gone so far. Also, you can get your game video via PlaySight if you check in smart phone. That's incredible. The staffs are all good. The facility is awesome.

Experiencia positiva: Great gym. The selection of workout equipment is slightly limited (no swimming pool, no glute-ham machine, and no sky machine) but they have all the classic equipment to get a good workout. They also have numerous counts for tennis and pickle ball and at fantastic gymnastics area - biggest I’ve seen around here. The staff is exceptional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful- they treat you like family.
