Everybody is really supportive because we all know what it’s like to show up at a gym for the first time wanting to get in shape since it can be a little scary and intimidating. Love our coaches that are so knowledgeable and push us. I have never been so fit, strong, or healthy.

Experiencia fantástica: Such a great little gym. I joined a few months ago without being in shape or ever doing these types of workouts. But everying can be scalled and adjusted to fitness level and ability. Everyone is great, super encouraging, and awesome workout partners.

Experiencia fantástica: Was in town for 2 weeks and wanted to find a CrossFit gym. This place was great. Very clean and had all the equipment for daily WODs. They only have group classes in the evening but I was able to utilize the open gym hrs and workout in the morning like I normally do. Sam sent me his workouts so I always had plenty to do. Will definitely use again if I'm back in there area.
