Experiencia fantástica: Coming from someone who isn't athletic at all and honestly does not like working out, Max oxygen CrossFit is seriously amazing!! The coaches are so knowledgeable and fun, they really get to know each person and learn what motivates each athlete. It is obviously such a family, even when I was brand new everyone made me feel welcome and was encouraging me to push through each workout. When they say CrossFit is for athletes of all level, they truly mean it. They modify each and every movement to fit your skill level while still pushing you to get better. The workouts were killer, an I saw a difference in my muscle tone and my self-confidence in a short amount of time. If you are on the fence about trying CrossFit, DO IT!!! Your body and self-confidence will thank you!
