Experiencia positiva: I like how this location has everything I need. There is rarely ever a wait for a machine and never for the cardio equipment. I like that the receptionist always says good morning. The gym is kept clean.

Experiencia negativa: You can't even enter the building without a keyfob. Once inside you are met with an extremely underwhelming selection of equipment that includes exactly 1 squat rack. Honestly I'm surprised this location is owned by the same company that owns the south location. One visit was more than enough for both me and my wife.

Experiencia negativa: I got personally disappointed of many people there working and customers as well. If you like people to tell you the truth upfront, not the right place. Now you decide for yourself

Experiencia fantástica: Been going to ARF for 5 years now. Great place to get a workout. West location is my least favorite but it's great being able to go 24hours. If you have the chance do check out the new south location.

Experiencia positiva: Great gym. Doesn't have as much equipment as the other two locations but you are able to get great cell service for streaming music or video when doing cardio. The dumbells are always in order and the equipment is properly maintained. It is best to stay away from the 5pm-7pm rush if possible. But there is an abundance of the freestanding cable machines if your workout incorporates those exercises.
