Experiencia positiva: 24 Hour Gym with a good variety of weight and cardio machines. The gym is very clean and the gym manager is super friendly and helpful as well. This gym does not have every weight machine like some other larger gyms in DSM.

Experiencia fantástica: Never thought I'd look forward to going to the gym. Been there 7 months now and I feel at home when I walk in. Since day one I felt comfortable being here. I appreciate the scale, the individual bathrooms with showers, the cleanliness, 24/7 access with a key fob, transparent pricing, being able to look outside while on treadmills, and my favorite the IFIT machine. I have totally fallen in love with running because of it. Options to run with a virtual trainer in locations all over the world motivate me and help explain running basics to improve.

Experiencia fantástica: Great facilities, all of the weight machines I could want to use, good free weight selection, various bands, medicine balls, mats, treadmills, ellipticals, stair climbers for a wide range of options. Private, single room bathrooms with showers that are always clean. 24/7 access with key card entry.

Experiencia fantástica: Love this gym. Very clean and well managed. You can go here and workout and enjoy your workout free from the annoying meathead types that think they need to grunt and yell constantly. So far very happy with my membership.

Experiencia fantástica: Hy-Vee fitness is the perfect spot for any Southsider to call their gym. It's quiet, has 24hr access with surveillance, locked entrance with key fob, and personal restrooms with showers. It's not a huge space, but you can get in and get a great workout with their cardio equipment, free weights, functional fitness space, or machines at any time of day. Highly recommend.

Experiencia negativa: I do not like the Manager Jessica Ervin. She is very unprofessional and runs the place poorly, and made me feel like I don't belong training in that gym. She told me people here dont train like me!? because I was making noise and she asked me if I could hear myself!? Wow! I will get in touch with her Superior soon.

Although I haven't been going there for too long but each time I go it's always a positive experience! update: been going there for over a year, by far the best gym I've experienced. Has everything you need! Excellent management.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely LOVE this gym! I was so nervous joining a gym and I instantly felt so comfortable here. I recommend it to everyone, it is always clean and everyone is so friendly. The manager Jessica is amazing and has been super helpful with everything!

Experiencia fantástica: I love this place. It is clean and well kept. The management is amazing. Last Thursday there was a guy screaming while he was curling 15 lbs weights.. the regulars know who I’m talking about I’m sure. Anyway out of respect, the manager asked him to please be quiet because his screaming is really annoying..she totally saved my workout.. I was going to leave. Thank you management!

Experiencia fantástica: Jessica is an amazing manager. So welcoming and helpful to customers of all levels of fitness. All gyms have rules to follow to allow all customers to enjoy the gym and I appreciate that Jessica manages the gym by these rules. Its been great to have personal training with Jessica so my husband and I have a variety of workouts to choose from. This gym is a great value. Can't beat it!

Experiencia fantástica: I use the gym to walk and occasionally weights if I can’t make it to yoga. The gym has always been great. Has everything you need, super affordable and 24/7. New manager is great! She’s adding new things, always cleaning and overall just a great new vibe! Super easy to sign up as well as adding on my husband was a breeze. Cleaner Gail does amazing! It’s always so clean!

Experiencia fantástica: I really enjoyed working out here. It was always clean and there were always plenty of available equipment to use. I have discovered that I workout best with a more structured class/group schedule, rather than setting my own pace, so I did switch to another gym, but if I had been more organized/dedicated, this would have been a great place to workout. Another bonus, the staff is super helpful and there is not lengthy and complicated contract. When I wanted to end my membership, it only took a simple phone call.
