Experiencia negativa: Some staff here are great, but one trainer in particular (Fred?) is consistently stand off-ish to customers, which makes the environment less welcoming..The gym is also promoting him as a personal trainer even though he is not a certified personal trainer. If this gym wants to call itself one of the best in the area, having properly credentialed trainers is the bare minimum. Transparency and professionalism matter, and customers deserve to know the qualifications of the people they’re being encouraged to work with

Experiencia fantástica: This gym has something for everyone. I am from Raleigh and I would join if I lived in the area. I enjoyed my $10 day pass and it's worth it just to check the place out. The employees are friendly and the people working out there seem nice. I will be working out there again next time I am in the area.

Experiencia fantástica: I like it here. Very much a weight training gym. Some padding needs replaced here and there but a great option for getting your work done. I would recommend it.

Experiencia negativa: This is a good gym, environment BUT the customer service desk people SUCKS! My 1st time there a young lady was super rude and serious… unfortunately with time didn’t improved and other young dudes were ok but not nice as they seem to be. I’ve seen people (even me) waiting in the front desk while the crew talk to each other (specifically young staff) until someone thinks it’s time to ask how they can help you, not very professional. The rest of the staff is great.

Experiencia positiva: Good gym with tennis and pickleball courts too. Boxing also. They have classes and personal trainers if you choose. Place could use a little TLC, but overall a decent gym.

Experiencia positiva: I like the large choice of equipment to use. The place is clean and provides several areas to grab sanitizer and wipes. Trainers are very friendly and helpful! There are 2 negatives that happen very often. #1, inattentive parents who bring their young kids with them and allow kids to run wild throughout the gym area, 2nd a few entitled rude people who seem to lay claim to multiple machines as if they are at a private gym and not a busy open gym. An EMPTY machine is an Available machine. Sometimes people are aggressive when they want to do a circuit of multiple machines.

Experiencia fantástica: It's really good. Very nice equipment, lots of variety, lots of space. Separate room with powerlifting and strongman equipment. Overall pretty clean. Had a blast while I was there.

Experiencia fantástica: Used to train here when I went to school in the area, miss it everyday. Gym’s like this are hard to come by. Plenty of equipment for powerlifting, crossfit, mma, etc. Ray’s a great jiu jitsu instructor and the classes aren’t too big or too small. Awesome place and very affordable even for a college kid.

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice gym, chill environment, and the staff is extremely friendly! Sometimes I get nervous going to a gym because I'm a plus size, but I didn't feel judged at all here. It made my workout go by really quickly.

Experiencia fantástica: The outside of the building does not do the inside justice. I have done a tour of a few gyms in the area. This one takes the cake. The staff are friendly and helpful (most of them, anyways ). They take sanitization seriously, the locker room and bathroom/shower facilities are very clean. The atmosphere is comfortable. There is a variety of equipment - mostly modern. Plenty of space - not too crowded like some gyms. They have lots of different classes and affordable billing. All in all, two thumbs up. Love it here.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely the cleanest and most equipped gym I ever worked out in. Also love the courage they had standing up to the government and their blatant corruption. Also gotta love a gym that Danny on King of Queens wears their tee shirt during one of their episodes.

Experiencia positiva: Great equipment and owners are awesome, although bearded dude that doesn't work there told me to put away my weights on the belt squat, the one equipment that has to weight rack of its own so when you put weight on it you have to get it from another machine that someone is using

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome gym for my kids. They love all the different programs that are offered. The staff are amazing and are so patient and work so well and hard with the kids to learn real life lessons and prepare them. Very clean and great atmosphere.

Experiencia fantástica: My partner and I have just started going here to start working on our versions of fitness, him to lose weight and me to gain muscle. Firstly the office staff and front desk are extremely nice and helpful. Signing up is a breeze and you do not feel pressured to go into a higher membership. The facility itself is nice and large and from what I've seen so far, you always have a good chance to get on any machine without worrying about major wait times. They have indoor tennis courts which is awesome, though they are separate from the membership price but certainly worthwhile if you enjoy that activity. Outside of that they have an abundance of different classes for a variety of different fitness levels and goals. Overall we are both really enjoying our experience with them so far and look forward to going day after day.

Experiencia fantástica: Im from Buffalo Ny. When im in Altoona PA I train at Gorilla House Gym. Great staff! Very friendly! Very CLEAN! Excellent free weights and machines. Great cardio equipment. They even have a full MMA ring with dozens of heavy bags and speed bags for various types of martial arts training. Great job!
