I was physically not ready to go to camp so I went in for training to condition myself. I finished camp and would not have been able to get through if it were not for the training and advice I had gotten from Jake Foutz. Jake not only pushed and encouraged me throughout every session but also made sure I felt well taken care of. His gym is also incredibly well-maintained—he does a fantastic job keeping it clean and organized, making it a great place to work out. I tried this place out on a day he had his pregnant wife there and I observed how kind and sweet he was to her while he was training and coaching her, it instantly made me feel comfortable. This is not just a gym, it feels like a community in there and you feel so welcomed. I’m not sure what the last review was about but I was never offered anything for free to write a review, in fact, it was not mentioned at all. I wasn’t pushed into a membership or pressured in any way, the way most gyms do. I was actually sent away with more knowledge of how I can better myself on my own, I left feeling empowered! I really enjoyed the more intimate atmosphere of Fitness Xperts. A lot of times when I worked out during the day I had the place to myself. The owner, Jake, works hard to keep his gym private, creating a unique sense of community among the members. He also knows all the members, regardless if he trains them or not. Fitness Xperts has all the equipment you could need, plus a future outdoor gym area with even more equipment and workout space coming soon. Looking forward to trying it when I am in the area again.

Experiencia fantástica: After a little searching for an online trainer I managed to find Jake of Fitness Xperts. I was a little reluctant to try online training but I have a gym in my house so I thought I would give it a try. I have worked with a few other trainers in the past and I have to say that Jake is the best. After a couple of sessions I can confirm that my workouts with him are just as intense and satisfying as a face to face session. Jake listens to me and intuitively knows when he can push me harder or to lighten up a little bit. I've been working out with him for about 6 months now, and he knows me and what I'm capable of but he also knows when I need a minute to catch my breath. I'm funny with trainers because I want to make sure I get my moneys worth and I can tell you he is worth his fee for sure. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great trainer.

Experiencia fantástica: My search for a gym brought me to the Fitness Xperts Gym in Altamonte Springs. I met with the owner, Jake Foutz. Jake explained the many benefits a Fitness Xperts Gym membership offers. There was an emphasis on community, cleanliness and, of course, fitness. I am most excited about the Silver Sneakers class. Ron is the coach of this senior fitness class. He is wonderfully positive and a fun motivator. He gets us moving and feeling better about ourselves, all to the sounds of the 60’s and 70’s. Ron is concerned for each class member’s fitness level as this group of seniors works to build strength, stamina, and balance. Everyone is welcoming and friendly, both in this class and throughout the gym. Thank you Ron and Jake.

I initially called the gym to setup a time to come in and tour it and was received by the actual owner of the gym. The owner, Jake, was super pleasant to meet. The gym itself offers multiple group or private training programs and plenty of machines/racks so that you are never waiting on someone else to finish a set to continue a workout. All of the trainers are super friendly and Jake really makes an effort to make sure everyone feels welcome.

The Gym is a smaller gym in size but I find that to be a great thing because the environment doesn't feel typically overwhelming and everything is quick and easy to access. Fitness Xperts has everything I need to be successful as far as weights, machines, personal trainers and 24 hr access with my membership. The owner (Jake) is extremely chill, friendly, down to earth and knowledgeable about general fitness as he is a personal trainer as well. He makes himself reasonably easy to access if you need him or have any general questions. All in all I love this gym and all it has to offer check it out!

Experiencia fantástica: This is a great gym at a great price. The atmosphere here is comfortable, no one pushes or pressures you outside of your comfort zone of communication. A wide variety of equipment from Sleds, a heavy bag, medicine balls, free weights, kettle bells, Olympic bars, treadmill, tires, sledgehammers, ETC. Whatever kind of workout you're looking for, you can certainly find here. The owner, Jake, is down to Earth. I highly recommend that anybody have at least one private session with him. There are even comfortable additions such as Showers and a small kitchen provided! Come on in, the iron is fine.

The facility has a great community with experienced trainers and highly motivated members. They uphold great hygiene and cleanliness throughout. They all welcomed me with great hospitality and felt like i was home from day one! Miss the place already haha. Highly recommend for anyone trying to find a new gym or trying to get into a fitness routine, you will have a great time and coaching there. Experiencia fantástica: I can’t get enough of this place! The atmosphere is amazing! They have so much to offer! Everybody is so friendly and they treat you like family! I always get a hi, hello or good morning from other trainers and patrons! The gym never over crowded when I am there nor do I have to wait for equipment! I feel no pressure to feel or look a certain way like I have in the bigger gyms! Jake is my trainer he is truly amazing! His energy is so positive and motivating no one day is ever the same old routine and I love it!!!! The program is strictly cater to MY body and MY needs!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been to a lot of gyms over the years, and this one is easily my favorite. It has all the equipment you need, with even more niche things like gymnast rings. It’s clean, professional, and well designed. The owner Jake is a super nice guy, really cares about the place and remembers everyone’s names even after just the 1st day. I can’t say enough good things about this place, cannot recommend it enough.

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I joined Fitness Xperts in Altamonte Springs for our 40th wedding anniversary. Jake is really helping us to work on our goals for strength training, and we are noticing the positive benefits even in this short amount of time. Jake is professional and very friendly! I actually came to visit Orlando for New Years (and Miami) and was looking for a 24/7 gym with not too many people but committed people and THIS IS IT. Experiencia fantástica: Love this gym. Everyone that comes is so nice and inviting. Moving to the area made me anxious to find a gym that best fits me. Jake invited me to come in and try it out. We sat down and chatted a bit. I quickly found out that this gym is one of the best I’ve ever been to. Has everything you need from simple dumbbells to a weight lifting area on the outer part of the gym (my favorite area).
