I love the variety of classes they offer. The trainers are top notch, they guide and support you. They build workouts to hit those target areas and help you master the exercises correctly. When I first met with Kolleen (owner) I knew Core57 was where I needed to be. Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging. Core57 is a positive community and I love my core family.

Experiencia fantástica: I love Core 57 and although I go to the downtown location frequently I have started going to the Milton location for workouts with Matt, specifically the lower body class. It's great to have options of locations and trainers. I really enjoy Matt's style of training and that I have certain days to focus on lower body along with full body workouts. The recovery classes are great too! The cohesiveness between the 2 locations and community make me so happy to be a member. It is well worth looking in to joining if in search of a high quality gym with a great support network.

From nutrition (Rebecca is one of the best!) to great diversity of work-outs, Core57 fits the bill whether you are getting started, restarting or well into your wellness journey. I call it the Cheers of gyms… but instead of getting drunk, everyone knows your name and you walk out healthy and stronger. I’m in the best shape of my life. I also love how you get to meet with the owner, Kolleen, 4 times a year to set your goals and she takes all of your measurements and gives you your body fat and muscle percentages. Both locations are fantastic and every single one of the trainers is top-notch! Love them all!

Experiencia fantástica: Ive been purchasing classes at Core on and off for a few years now. I realized that not being 100% committed was not yielding me the results I wanted. The results meaning physical results but also a feeling of belonging to a place where people cheer you on when you are struggling, where the instructors take time to check your form, a community who participates in events "outside" the gym! So this November I decided to JOIN Core Physique and after two committed weeks I am already FEELING the results of my membership. I highly recommend Core Physique!

It is one of the few gyms in the area that offers recovery classes. The trainers she has on staff are phenomenal and always make the group classes or personal training sessions challenging no matter your fitness level. If you are sore sign up for a Trigger Point session, you won't regret it.
