Crunch Fitness - Roswell

Experiencia negativa: so my friends sends me a vip guest pass and I was excited to go because a few of my friends have a crunch fitness membership. I get my hair done and i am a ways away from home so I decide to use my guest pass at the nearest crunch being Roswell. so I get there they take my ID AND instead of them just letting me work out they talked to me for 30 min about the other 2 gym membership’s that I have. ADAM is still trying to get me to sign up even after I said I’ll sign up next month since I just pad for 2 memberships. he tells me he has to go speak with his manager and ADAM comes back and tells me that since I live in Stone Mountain I can’t use the FREE VIP GUEST PASS at this location and I would have to pay. ADAM wasted 45 min of my time because I didn’t want to sign up right then and they dare STILL manipulating people with this $1 promotional sign up that’s been ending for over a year now! The workers especially Adam are more concerned about an immediate sign up then building credible clientele that’ll continue to come back. service was trash

Experiencia negativa: Gym had potential and was great for some time. In the last year and a half, machines are constantly down, major temperature control issues. It’s always very humid and uncomfortable. In need of key upgrades and the staff always gives a canned answer about solves in progress which never materialize.

Experiencia negativa: This club has a consistently malfunctioning Hydro Massage chair in Room 1. No less than 3 times over the last 3 months have I used it and the water pressure dips down to 0 from 10. It’s a distraction while trying to receive this therapy. They fix it only for it to fail again. It’s a broken machine and should be replaced but management won’t acknowledge it

Experiencia fantástica: I like Crunch Roswell a lot because it is close to my house and the staff is friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: Lucas successfully performed open-heart surgery on my mother, taught me differential calculus, gave me his investment outlook for the next quarter century, solved quantum mechanics, and cured me of diabetes during the 3600 seconds I spent in Crunch Roswell today. I even had to dumb this story down, because you would not believe the miracles performed in the real one. Please consider a promotion for him to CEO, CMO, or COO. This place is great though, site and staff included. Make it bigger and I’ll give it six stars.

Experiencia fantástica: Just started a week ago after spending eight years at OneLife. Has all the essentials + group classes (if you’re into that), and a sauna. Also very clean and orderly, which is a huge plus for me. The app is very impressive too. Overall, prior to joining, I had associated Crunch as maybe a lesser brand compared to the other bigger names one might be familiar with. But this was a big misconception. This competes with all the bigger names in the area and exceeds their quality. Annabelle is great too!

Experiencia fantástica: I joined Crunch last week and am very happy with the gym so far. The staff are awesome and very knowledgeable; there is lots of different equipment to choose from. I'm glad I became a member.

Experiencia negativa: Dirty and way too loud and $114 cancellation fee. Also the showers - feel like a Jail cell.
