For the past few months have also added in personal training with Janelle Blake and have gotten great reviews. Kudos to the staff!

Everyone is friendly, including the staff, and the gym is surprisingly well equipped with a massage machine, tanning bed and sauna. I’d highly recommend the personal trainers for anyone looking to achieve specific fitness goals. Janelle was incredibly helpful in helping me start the process of getting back into shape and incorporating exercise into my daily lifestyle. I’d wholeheartedly recommend this gym and its trainers for anyone looking to improve their fitness level and get healthier as a whole.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve had the chance to work out at a lot of gyms in my 38 years, playing football, going to fitness centers, and doing some warehouse style power-lifting, but I’ve always felt that the pace or equipment was lacking something I needed. Workout Anytime in Milton has been a game changer space for me. It’s close to my home, has all of the equipment you could need and extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Better than that, the vast majority of people who patronize the gym are serious gym-goers, from many different disciplines, and also genuinely kind. Having that means that machines don’t sit idly waiting for people, weights get racked, and that someone isn’t on the machine you need, taking a phone call. They also offer some excellent premium services that they take care not to force on anyone just looking for a good lift, which makes you want to try them more. These are the things I was missing in every gym, even when I had one put in at my place of business, I couldn’t recommend this gym more highly!

Experiencia negativa: This place is worst as they come for treating customers. I have tried to cancel my membership after being with them for over 9 years. The owner or manager would never call you back, they send you to corporate to cancel your membership. Corporate will send me back to their location to do the cancellation. I don't think they have a clue themselves how to do it. If you are thinking to cancel you membership time to start is now, because the way they work it will take couple of months to do it. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love coming here. I’ve been coming to the Milton location for about 3 years now. All of the staff members are always so welcoming and they keep ALL AREAS clean! Cleaning supplies are always present and I love some of the new cable attachments that were bought recently. Everyone working out is respectful and there’s rarely anyone that gawks at you. Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been strength training here since 2022. Both my trainers have been excellent. They develop customized programs that address my specific needs with a variety of exercises that keep sessions interesting and challenging. Janelle Blake, who I’m working with currently, has been particularly effective, coordinating with my physical therapist and targeting muscle groups they say need development. The gym has a great range of cardio and strength equipment. With affordable rates they offer great value. And the people who work out span all ages.

Experiencia fantástica: Milton location is a life saver. Staff is working above and beyond to keep it clean and nice. Very professional attitude. Air is super fresh due to the use of proper ventilation, air purifiers and dehumidifier. Never ran out of sanitizers, floor surfaces are pristine. NO dust spotted anywhere. It's a big pleasure to work out there after my gym PTSD: Have been going to the Old Alabama location for years as it's closer to my place. However, it ran down severely with the most recent management: became very dirty and stinky, rarely had clean bathroom counters and almost always is out of paper towel and soap. The Old Alabama facility is buried in dust and the air purifier filter light is permanently red for years.

Janelle, one of the personal trainers has grown the gym with her wealth of knowledge of strength/cardio training. She has developed programs that include groups of ladies that have become friends while becoming strong. Those connections make coming to the gym easy and not a chore. Russ and Catherine, the owners are very personable that greet you with smiles and great information about the facilities with work outs that meet your needs. I would recommend this gym to anyone that wants to be fit in a friendly atmosphere with state of the art equipment.

She customized my workouts and went above and beyond in teaching me the ropes of not just fitness but healthy eating too. She's patient, professional and takes a holistic approach in ensuring your success. The best part is even though I am no longer working one on one with her, we built such a good relationship that she will often provide useful tips and guidance if she sees me around the gym. She customizes your workouts to work through personal injuries and weaknesses! I love the morning workout classes and the variety of workouts The massage table and REACT machine are a bonus that I haven’t found at other gyms.

They are under new management now and the old predatory techniques aren't in play any more, at least at the Milton location off Bethany Creek and Hwy 9. I have re-joined and am much happier with the experience now. The gym itself is clean, you can get in with your badge 24 hours a day. Tons of equipment - cardio and universal weight machines, free weights, medicine balls, mats, everything. Enough stuff so no problems trying to get on a specific machine. Lots of tv's on different channels everywhere so you can watch something youre interested in while working out. Staff is very friendly, and the clientele isn't a bunch of intimidating body building meat-heads. You get a monthly meeting with a trainer to track progress and help guide you along. You are also allowed to take High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes on the standard membership, with a trainer running the small class of a few people. Old review: Beware the fine print in your contract, the procedure to quit the gym is ridiculous. I had to send a registered letter to their office, they refused to process my request over the phone OR in person with the owner. It took them literally 2 months to finally close my account, and they took me to collections for not wanting to pay for those 2 months.
