Experiencia fantástica: I love this place! I had joined a gym but dreaded going because the classes were like a cattle call and I got lost in the stampede! I am 70 years old and kept looking at the other younger, harder bodies wondering if mine would ever look that way. I wanted and needed a workout more tailored to my individual needs that would be effective and produce results, without a lot of drama, aches and pains. SmartFit was the answer! My coach, Keenan is very knowledgeable, professional, and provides me with clear instruction and encouragement which provides a quick, painless, yet challenging workout session every time!!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been doing SmartFit EMS workouts at the Alpharetta location for over a year, and the impact on my health and well-being has been awesome . For years, I struggled with chronic lower back and neck pain, which made it nearly impossible to stick with any consistent workout routine. I’d constantly break down, stop training, and start over again. SmartFit has been a game changer. It’s allowed me to build strength and endurance without aggravating my back, and my overall energy levels and strength have improved. I’m living a more active life now and feel better than I have in a long time. A huge part of the experience is Coach Keenan. His knowledge, positive energy, and ability to adjust workouts to my needs have made all the difference. He keeps the sessions challenging and exciting, and he’s a great listener who generally cares about your health. If you’re dealing with chronic pain or looking for a smarter, more efficient way to work out, I can’t recommend SmartFit Alpharetta and Coach Keenan highly enough.

Experiencia fantástica: First time trying this , coming up for a month now. If you have limited time because of work schedule this is worth it. In 20 min I feel like I’ve spent a solid hour plus’s at a weight gym pushing hard . If you have let you fitness slip the Mr K will push you and keep you moving for the 20 min without pushing to the point were you hurt yourself, great trainer.

Experiencia fantástica: Smartfit is the efficient and effective workout, and ‘EMS’ exhausts the fast twitch muscle fibers. You can try to exercise the fast twitch fibers on your own, BUT you have to push your muscles to total exhaustion- that’s very hard and time consuming to do. Smartfit saves your time.

He knows how to build strength with encouragement and different exercises, and he changes up the workout every time. I signed up because a friend said EMS helped her sore joints and it helped mine too. This is a very professional place that will review your fitness goals and tailor workouts to those. Experiencia fantástica: I really enjoy these workouts and Jordan is hilarious. He makes it easier to get through (laughing through the pain of course). Loving the small results I'm seeing after just 2 weeks, feeling better about walks, hikes and overall movement. The best is the mini tens massage after everything but overall I'd highly recommend this for anyone and incorporating it into a regular fitness journey could speed up results exponentially.

Good for hitting as many areas at once as you can in a limited time. Looking forward to the next round!

Taylor was very professional and helped create a personalized workout specifically for my goals. After the workout I felt a good pump and felt tighter. I have been showing up to each session with an open mind and she blows my expectations away . Taylor as well as all of the SmartFit Atlanta team are cutting edge knowledgeable and beyond encouraging each session . I personally try to push myself to never stop a workout even though it’s the toughest 20 minutes and I sometimes feel I can’t continue. That is where Taylor’s expert training as a EMS trainer shines . She has taken the time to get to know me ,she knows how I think ,and pushes my body beyond limits I didn’t know I could endure . I am coming up in my 4th week my abs are rock hard , my biceps/triceps super firm , glutes already lifted and my legs are getting cut . All of these results just by going through EMS training with only cardio in between. If your on the fence ...I say jump off and sign up ! You will not be disappointed .I would encourage you to tolerate an intense EMS session ...weird feeling yes... painful not at all . You will surprise yourself by how resilient and tough your mind and body can be .
