Experiencia fantástica: When looking for a gym, I have several boxes that I hope that it checks off. A clean space, a friendly atmosphere, not too busy, and for it to be bright and clean! I’ve been to several of the Metro KC fitness locations and they all meet my expectations and then some! The staff are friendly and want to help you reach your health goals! I am so glad that I signed up at the Argentine location!

Experiencia fantástica: I started my journey at Metro KC Fitness in November 2021. At that time, I weighed 246 pounds and couldn’t do a single push-up, and I had no weightlifting experience. During my consultation, one of the personal trainers, Lalo, informed me about their personal training program and guaranteed I would see the results I wanted as long as I listened to him and stuck to his plan. Week after week and month after month, the pounds were quickly shedding off, and I was gaining muscle at the same time. He taught me not only proper form and nutrition, but also the mindset needed to get through the tough days when you just don’t feel like going to the gym, as well as other lifestyle changes needed to make progress sustainable. Now, four years later, I am in the best shape of my life—something I never could have imagined was possible. Without his dedication, encouragement, and overall framework, I would have been just another gym-goer who shows up for a short period of time only to revert back to previous bad habits. Metro KC Fitness and Lalo did more than just improve my physical health—they drastically sharpened my mental health and toughness as well. All of their trainers are great, but I highly recommend Lalo, as he is in a class of his own. Take it from my firsthand experience, and you can see the transformation he helped cultivate in my before-and-after photos!

Experiencia fantástica: I grew up in Argentine and Kansas City and recently became a member of Metro KC Fitness the membership plan is very affordable and they have different options available. The staff that helped me out they were very friendly really self-explanatory on the gym what the gym was about even asked if why we were wanting to work out so there's different options on working with the trainer to build muscle to lose weight or just to do cardio. the facility is very clean the other members have been very helpful when I had questions or ask questions or just very friendly. So if you want to just go to a gym to have fun enjoy the facilities and what the facility has to offer lose weight build muscle or just build energy to feel better about yourself go check out Metro KC Fitness in Argentine.

Experiencia negativa: DONT EVER GO TO THIS GYM!!! they made my friend pay 45 dollars for the membership which at first it’s like “why is it so expensive?” Then they want to call her and start saying she could get a “free” consultation so the women who claimed it would be “free” is Karina she made my friend do pushups planks and other exercises for some reason then she MADE her sign a paper just claiming that it would be free so THEN Karina started talking about charging her card mind you at first she said it was free but now she wants to charge money out of my FRIENDS card after she signed the paper??? very much scamming now. Later on she gave her card information to KARINA and made her way home and she was calling to pay a few bills and noticed THAT HER 140 WASN’T THERE so she went back to the gym and asked for a refund apparently they couldn’t refund and Karina did a pre charge before her telling her to sign AND KARINA DIDNT EVEN TELL HER DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED!

She's been guiding me through the fundamentals of weight training and strength building, and her clear, supportive coaching style makes each session feel productive and empowering. Jessica takes the time to ensure I understand proper form and technique, which has helped build a strong foundation from the start. On top of that, she's been incredibly helpful with clean eating tips that feel realistic and sustainable—not overwhelming. Even in this short time, I’m feeling more confident in the gym and more informed about how to fuel my body. I’m excited to keep going and see where this journey leads with her support!

If you're looking for a knowledgeable, supportive trainer and a great gym to train at, I highly recommend Rodrigo and Metro Sure! I've only been training with Rodrigo for two months, but I've already made a tremendous amount of progress! He is incredibly personable, making every session both challenging and enjoyable. His depth of knowledge is impressive—he explains exercises clearly and always ensures proper form to prevent injuries. On top of that, he’s extremely helpful, always willing to answer questions and provide guidance. In just a short time, I’ve seen significant improvements in my strength and overall fitness. Overall wonderful experience so far!!

They even offer great deals in the beginning of the year for focused on helping you commit and be consistent. I currently have the $5 membership and I will continue to have it as long as I come 12 times a month. The staff is also great and very helpful!

Experiencia fantástica: Argentine is my preferred gym. It's small but even in the busier times (6-9 pm) there is always equipment available. The staff is very helpful and friendly, always willing to help and answer questions. Parking is much more available than the other location I've been to. And I like that the machines are mostly grouped according to muscle groups/upper body and lower body.
