Experiencia fantástica: I recently joined EOS and I needed a trainer. I got placed with an amazing personal trainer named Alix. I have never had a better trainer in my life. I feel so accomplished after our sessions.

Experiencia fantástica: Jackson is the goat!! Called regarding Eos central that was not letting me go in as a guest since one of my accounts from 2024 was not paid!! Called in to eos Alma school and jackson was able to let me know in seconds that my account does show I paid the full amount 2 years ago, sent me an email of my receipt as well for proof. He was very helpful and friendly, Jackson is the goat!

Experiencia positiva: Overall, good environment, attentive and friendly. Could use newer equipment and would like if more locations had the cold plunge and hot tube access. Would also appreciate more discounts on memberships if you met your fitness goals.

Experiencia fantástica: Let me just say, that i have been happy ***** with and then very unhappy * with EoS in the recent past, related to billing and no fault of my own but their policies and some ppl in management...... however one person was able to take the time to treat me professionally and personally in the situation, he also took the time communicate my options until the problem was resolved. Thank you Jackson, this 5 star rating is directed at you.

Experiencia fantástica: Eos is a great gym with awesome equipment and friendly and helpful staff (shoutout Anthony). I’ve been coming here for over a year and never had any issues! I love their machines and Eos’s cinema room where I can do cardio while watching a movie. Restrooms and changing rooms are always clean as well. Highly recommend coming here!

Experiencia negativa: The gym itself is alright but recently roof or something has been leaking. Some staff are kind and only Ishmail has helped me resolve an issue. Make sure if you do personal training you see documentation that it’s cancelled; they will tell you it’s fine multiple times and not to worry while it’s still active and you have to have documentation proving you wanted it cancelled if you run into my situation. It took weeks and had to call an entirely different location to get it resolved. Also the basketball court is dusty it needs to be dust mopped more or leave one in there so it can be cleaned as needed. My second personal trainer Azim is very knowledgeable about different workouts to help you get to your goals.
