For the most part, I would highly recommend it to anyone who works odd hours and might need to workout at odd hours of the night. The owner Joy is the sweetest, all in all, everyone is very kind. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND you sign up. It’s like your own little gym family. You won’t find that signing up for overly crowded mainstream gym companies.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this place! I've been a member here twice now. The gym is always clean and sanitary. They offer a few different classes for all of your needs. As a member you have 24/7 access, tanning for members, and every piece of equipment you cud want to have access to for your workout needs. They have expanded the building adding more to it. It's an amazing place with very affordable pricing. They even have showers, if you'd like to shower off after a workout, to keep fresh. Everyone that I have met so far that goes here is friendly and helpful especially the staff. 5 stars from me. I highly recommend if you are looking for a gym to become a member of this is the one. So come give em a shot.

Experiencia positiva: Gym is very nice and cleanly. Good for beginners and intermediate builders. Only issue I've really seen is some of the younger peeps that come in at night. Don't take things seriously but hey that's my opinion.

Experiencia fantástica: Very clean with 24 hour access. Price is very reasonable. Has just about everything you would need to get a great workout. The owner says they are making a list of what to order next and I have asked for some heavier kettle bells and a trainer barbell (15 lb) for my son who is just starting out. The owners (Jason and Joy) are great and easy to talk to. Joy also does personal training if you need or want that. They also keep the place very clean, which I like
