Experiencia positiva: Great for all levels. Family oriented, you can truly see the passion the coaches have for MMA. Coaches are helpful and make sure you're learning technique. Hit a few bumps with facilities since 3rd & K move. Overall great for getting fit, challenging yourself, and learning new stuff.
