Experiencia negativa: I moved out of the area sept 2025 and called to cancel my membership. The cancellation was confirmed and I moved on with my life only to find out I’ve been sent to collections. I called back and was told that my membership was in fact never cancelled because I was supposed to fill out a form first which no one told me when I initially cancelled and now I’m being harassed by debt collectors cause they’ve been attempting to charge me all this time and I had no idea.

Experiencia fantástica: The trainers here are very knowledgeable and helpful. I was going up in weight on my barbell back squat and started having pain in my left knee. I told Noah about it and he showed me how to open my hips and that my knees will track properly over the feet. I did another set with no pain and added an overload set for good measure.

Experiencia negativa: When it rains it’s leaks into gym - puddles of water around cable machines. Don’t forget to bring your life jacket. Can’t speak on the females restroom, but the males restroom for the most part out of paper towels. I brought the latter to the managers attention- he seemed like it was not a priority.

Experiencia positiva: The staff are friendly, the gym is pretty quiet whenever I go, which is lovely. Only thing is that sometimes the disinfectant wet wipes aren’t always stocked whenever I go, so I have to go across the whole gym to get one, not that it’s a long walk.

Experiencia fantástica: I have just completed a three-month training session with Ashley and I give her two thumbs up! I enjoyed working out with her with her attention to detail in planning the workout to suit my personal goals and adjusting the training according to my personal progress. I also love Jack's morning sessions that focus on core, mobility, upper body, legs, etc. This location is 5 minutes from my home so I really don't have any excuse not to go. Keep up the good work!

Experiencia fantástica: Great place to work out. Clean place with a variety of equipments and free weights for the die hard body builders. One issue seems to be a problem, some people lock a locker over night and perhaps over many days. When the place is crowded, it’s hard to find a locker to use. But someone is keeping a locker locked for days. It’s locker #19. I mentioned this issue to the front desk before, but it seems nothing was done about it. It’s irritating and frustrating when some people abuse the system and not follow the rules. For me it’s personal since I talked to the culprit and told him that he cannot keep his stuff locked overnight. I hate to change the place, but I may move on to another fitness place

Experiencia fantástica: Place is clean. Tanning beds are strong. They change out the bulbs regularly. People are really nice that work there and the people that workout there are really nice too. I like it a lot. The price for a membership and free tanning is cheaper than just paying a membership to tan at a tanning place. I would say that some of the resistance equipment could be replaced with newer just cause it’s for smaller people. There’s a lot of stuff to do there though. I workout for 4- 5 hours and still leave wishing I could have done more cause once you find your creative way of working out there’s a lot to workout on. I came from LA Fitness which was too expensive and Club 4 I tried before here which was gross! It’s nasty! I got sick twice from that place from how disgusting it is and from the freezing temp they keep it in there. I got the flu and Covid all in 30 days I had a membership there. Cancelled on day 30 and still had Covid. Tons of kids there too. When I looked into Workout Anytime I wanted 24 hours and cleanliness and it’s pretty clean. The workers clean it daily multiple times and there is cleaning supplies all over the gym for people. It’s my favorite gym around Sachse, Wylie, Murphy Etc.. for sure. Address is East Plano but worth the 14 min drive from my home to not get sick. lol

The only amenity i miss being there is a cold plunge, and honestly, i don't know how you could pull it off. Staff is great! Equipment top notch and consistently works. Its a great gym.

I really like the captioned TVs that you can watch from the treadmills, stair steppers, & stationary bikes. All shapes, sizes, & levels of fitness use this gym, so I don't feel like an oddball as a close to 70 yr old chunky person.

The gym was clean, staff was friendly and members all seemed to be like a BIG happy family. Carson, the manager, was so very nice, friendly, and attentive. Very friendly and helpful Ashley who teaches the morning class at 7:30 is awesome. Very patient with me as I’m a newbie in the class compared to the other ones that are there, also she’s instructive showing me how to protect my back or certain areas.

Unlike 24 hour fitness, the equipment is well maintained and cleaned and I don’t feel like I’ll get 15 different illnesses if I accidentally rub my eyes. Not to mention the staff is very kind and attentive. Getting your account set up here is a breeze. My point is workout anytime is much better. Trust me.

The club has numerous types of equipment and free weights for use depending on the type of workout you are wanting. It is by far the cleanest club I have ever joined. Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I love going to WOA! Conveniently, we can walk to this gym. I was not someone you would catch in a typical gym prior to signing up for a membership here last December. I tended to lean more toward boutique-style fitness and was intimidated by the atmospheres and equipment I had previously experienced in other gyms. WOA is a smaller gym with overall friendly people inside! I signed on to train with Mario for 12 weeks twice a week quickly after buying my membership to get some guidance on resistance training and what to do to have an effective workout in the gym. Mario was fun to work with, incredibly respectful, has a great attitude, and I credit him for helping me move past the intimidation I felt in other gyms. I now go to WOA 4-5 days per week and feel like I can function on my own! Thanks, Mario and WOA!
