They gave me personalized advice and tips to improve my physique and performance, and whenever I was new or unsure, they were always there to help me work the machines properly. The gym environment itself is incredibly clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to train every day. Experiencia fantástica: This gym has everything that you need. It is a decent size space with tons of exercise machines so you have a variety of workouts to do. The staff is great and are very helpful if you need assistance finding items or working with a machine. I actually hired a personal trainer here, as well, Robert Kelley. Robert is an excellent trainer and has helped me get my knee back (had two knee surgeries last year) as well as greatly improved my leg's strength and range of motion. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for affordable membership and a great workout environment.

Experiencia fantástica: When I first met Brian in July 2024, he was very helpful in getting me started. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I have really enjoyed working with a trainer. I’ve made a lot of progress with my stress level, strength, and endurance. My trainer Ashley has been amazing! She explains things to me about my form, muscles and patiently guides me through each workout that I thought I would not be able to do. I also like the gym because it feels more personal, it doesn't smell, and everyone is nice. It’s not too big, but it’s just the right size to meet my needs.

It is not too fancy, quite organized, has a large panel of glass facing the road which allows lot of natural light, is always clean, not too crowded at any point and has adequate no. of equipment. I also have enjoyed working with the professional trainers (Zack) there who is quite knowledgeable, will align the exercise and diet routines to your unique needs. The best part about NRich is, it is not expensive and the professional trainers are dedicated to the place unlike where many gyms hire independent trainers.

I scheduled a meeting with the owner (Brian) He is wonderful. We discussed my fitness goals. He was able to set me up with a personal trainer named Zac. So far my journey here has been great. My trainer is awesome and he does not make me feel uncomfortable about the way I look. I get ample amount of time with him and I look forward to our sessions everyday. The gym itself has a great and welcoming vibe. Always clean and never overwhelming. I would say the best thing about this gym is that you see all walks of life. Young people and older folks and that there is no judgement at all. I would highly recommend any new comers like me and people that regularly go the gym to check this place out!

Experiencia fantástica: I am so happy I found NRich gym near our home.. the gym is clean and complete, not too crowded, members are polite and not chatty (like some gyms), staff is helpful and everyone keeps the equipment clean and in order. Brian who owns the gym also trains me and I am blessed with his know how and professionalism. I’ve always been going to big and costly gyms.. and the price of NRich is unbelievably low so I almost want to just keep this gem as my little secret. But they’re amazing and they’re definitely worth a 5-star rating.

I am coming up on my 4 year anniversary of training with Brian Rich at NRich Fitness. I continue to achieve fitness goals I never thought possible in 2021. I am 44 years old and have gone from 260 lbs in 2021 to 214 lbs today while continuing to add lean muscle mass. I've done it the right way under Brian's nutritional and fitness guidance. I am stronger than at any other point in my life and have more confidence in my appearance and physique than ever before. Brian, his team, and his first class facility create a welcoming, community environment that challenges you in a positive manner every day. You will not go wrong trusting NRich Fitness with your fitness goals. It's July 2023 and my physical fitness has improved dramatically under the direction of Brian Rich at NRich Fitness. My surgically repaired shoulder is 100% rehabilitated and I am stronger and more muscular now at age 43 than at any other point in my life. I can't recommend signing up for training with Brian and his team strongly enough. It has truly been life changing. I can't wait to see my results in another 12 months!

I visited NRich Fitness and had a conversation with Jonathan and he suggested that I meet with Ashley. Ashley did an assessment and came up with a plan that to assist me with strengthen my knees. Ashley listens and I love that she ensures that my body responds to the exercises. I can say that I am well on my way to becoming a healthier version of me. I am seeing the results. I gave it a try back in January of this year and haven’t looked back since. I genuinely am attached to this place and each and every trainer CARE about you and your goals. Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been to the gym on and off before I started going here. Once I become committed to reaching my fitness goals, I knew I needed a trainer and help with meal planning. June of 2021 I Committed myself to reach my fitness goal. I downloaded an app called Thumbtack to search for a trainer and a local gym and found NRich Fitness. I reached out to Jonathon in the app because of his great reviews and we set up a day to meet. During our meeting, we talked about my goals and he told me about his background. He also told me about Brian who works with clients meal planning. I've been constantly training with Jonathon and staying on my meal plan and transformation I see is AWESOME! I highly recommend setting up a day to meet with them. This could be the gym you’ve been looking for. Here’s my progress since I started training with Jonathon. Experiencia positiva: Great place-has everything you need, nothing lacking and yet not the waste of machines nobody uses. Music is great, none of the lackluster elevator muzak you hear in a lot of places and it's clean, well lit, everything excellently taken care of. Most importantly are the trainers-all are exceptional, Jason works directly with my two sons-one in college and the other in high school Both high level athletes. he does a great job motivating them, but not overwhelming them. They walk out of each session worn out but excited for the next session. They look forward to it, not dreading it. Jason is phenomenal, as you can see it with all levels of fitness. If you want to improve your level of fitness you will not regret investing your time and money there. Edit-still a very good gym-problem is the hours. Closes on Fridays at 8. Saturdays at 2 PM, closed all day on Sunday. Completely understand that families like time to be together, but in a service industry, thee are some expected hours to be open.

Experiencia fantástica: The owners, Jonathan and Brian are super nice guys that come from a training background. They both offer training. So the owners are on site and encouraging success. Rob and Jeff also train at this location and I have observed them with shy teenagers to disabled individuals. Anybody that walks in the door would be suitably matched with a trainer. Jonathon and Brian keep the place clean and equipment in good shape. Brian was even nice enough to do a specialized workout for my volleyball team when we temporarily lost our practice facility. I've been a member for over a year now.

Jonathan from day one LISTENED to my criteria and expectation and set up a very specific and individualized plan to support my healing and meet my goals. I have since recovered and healed my injury and have never been stronger. His patient approach and expertise has helped me reach FULL BODY goals I never dreamed of. All while having FUN. Cannot say enough about both of the owners and the safe and clean environment they have created. As a woman I feel very comfortable to come here 4 days a week and the community and atmosphere they have built is worth every penny spent. Highly recommend - I have 2 other gym memberships and this one is #1 in my books.

No hidden fees and hassle-free cancellation policy. Easy sign up that took no longer than 5 min. The fingerprint scan to sign in is pretty neat. Clean bathrooms and generally not too many ppl when I go which is nice.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a great place to work out and get your health back in order. It's only $10 a month for a nice new facility that has the latest equipment. I've slacked off on working out for many years. I connected w/ an awesome trainer there named Emerie on Facebook. After she responded, we set up a free consultation. I weighed right around 300 lbs when I first met w/ her. I had some doubts that the training would work out, NOT because of Emerie, but because I've hired several trainers over the last 20 years. My bad eating habits have always sabotaged my results, which is totally my fault. But Emerie helped me BELIEVE again that I could overcome several serious injuries I had over the years. I really thought that at my age, with neck and back problems, constant tendinitis everywhere, pulled muscles, arthritis, etc, that I would just be doing slow cardio on the treadmill for the rest of my life. But Emerie CHANGED MY MINDSET by pushing and motivating me and CORRECTING negative beliefs that I've been carrying for about 20 years. I am a psychotherapist, so psychology is my strong suit. Emerie is not a therapist, but she is an expert in psychology! She has an UNBELIEVABLE way of helping you break through your preconceived notions of what is possible. Our doubt & limiting beliefs is what keeps us in a rut, but Emerie would not allow me to think this way. She demands excellence from me, because my health and entire life are at stake if I don't make many changes. Now I am doing workouts that I haven't been doing since my 20s! She has really helped me believe again, that I can do anything in the gym, like I used to! I've lost about 12 lbs from just working w/ her for a few weeks. If you have been stuck for a while, thinking, "It's too late for me, or I'm too old, or I'm too busy, or I've got too much pain, or I don't wanna go through all of those workouts again because I've lost so much strength," then HIRE EMERIE, so she can help you overcome those negative thought patterns! I KNOW she can, because she has ALREADY done that for me!!

From the moment we walked in, Johnathan was there to make us feel comfortable and he was very charismatic. He didn't pressure us to try to join and answered all of our questions. Fast forward to 2 months later and now Johnathan is my trainer and is still the same person as he was when he got us to join the gym so customer service was definitely genuine! I’ve been training with Brian for 5 months and I’m extremely pleased with his professionalism. He puts a lot of time, effort, and care into each session. You can really tell he’s passionate and cares about his clients!

Experiencia fantástica: Robert Kelly is one of the most talented personal trainers that I’ve ever worked with. He’s energetic, patient, and is very knowledgeable about how the human body works. I’m 47 years old, 5 foot 7 inches, and was weighing 174lbs. Robert guided me towards my goal with my diet and workout routine. Thanks to Robert I’m now 150lbs with abs! The same weight I was in high school!
