Experiencia fantástica: this was exactly what i was looking for, a chance to increase my endurance and based off my first visit only one way to go which is up, lol. i can see how this will help me as an older guy increase my endurance, help a lot with my core and balance and all those lower body muscles that get overlooked. Gabby was a great instructor definitely joining and the ability for a free class to see if you like it was and is a smart move, you need to go check them out!

Experiencia negativa: Ive canceled my contract because it took so long to get a response because of the app not working regarding booking appointments. I reached out countless of times. I was finally able to cancel through the app and my card was charged the following month which is fine because of their cancellation policy. I was again charged the following month after that and that put a strain on my income for this month, causing me to be short on rent and now having to be evicted from my home. I tried to dispute the charges and it was denied. This company took food out of my sons mouth for this month and is the reason I’m moving out of my apartment as we speak. Thanks for your service title boxing. As a United States Airforce Veteran, i shouldn't be getting treated this way or anyone else in this manner! September 11th I cant leave another review, but i will follow up and say they charged my card Yet again this month, after me sending emails requesting them to stop. I was told by my bank that this case isnt a normal reoccurring charge like most companies (My bank cant go in the system and block future transactions) because title boxing is literally going in their system monthly and manually changing my card. Theyre thieves. This isnt a case of a negligent employee forgetting to take my information out the system. Theyre literally stealing from me every month. I deactivated my card. THANKS TITLE ONE (knee slap)!

Experiencia negativa: Just your typical "jump through hoops" to cancel kind of place and they don't care if you are struggling. They talked me into suspending my membership when I initially wanted to cancel and then when I needed to cancel because I couldn't financially afford it they say it wasn't canceled in time. Then they tell you they can't authorize a refund but the regional manager will call you, well you guessed it, I never got a call. Glad they can keep my money for themselves and feel good about it.

Have been after them for 5 days to process a refund as I paid for credits at the wrong center (through the app - and the instructions were to call them and get a refund). Have had this issue once at a Boston center and that took me less than 30 minutes. These people at Allen initially kept pushing my calls around saying a hugher up could help me, and then 3 days later my calls directly go to voicemail suddenly after a 3rd call. Also, terrible communication - no response to emails or call or even voicemails. I guess I just lost my ~200$. Looks like a business that is making money by just cheating people

Don’t email the address given under “Contact Us” in the app as no one will ever respond, and you will have to call continuously and leave multiple voicemails to ever get a call back. After being a member for over 4 years, I was suddenly flagged in the app as having no payment on file. After that was straightened out, then it still took another 3 weeks before I could get the issue resolved where I could log back into the app! The next month I tried to cancel my membership 30 days in advance but it took 2 weeks to get in touch with management and now I am being charged for yet another month! The McKinney club was awesome, but corporate came in and ran all the trainers off and merged with Allen. The Allen club is too small and traffic is terrible getting there in the evening. Julian, the last OG trainer, is now gone. Brandon is great, but we need variety and not train with the same coach multiple times a week.

Experiencia negativa: Signed my daughter up, she boxed maybe 5 times total. I must’ve overlooked their “golden” billing practices and fine print, because those 5 classes ran me over a grand. Add in the joy of wasting hours trying to cancel the contract, only to get a big middle finger from management. Other than that, absolutely world-class experience. Five stars if you love paying champagne prices for tap water.

Experiencia positiva: I would have given this a five star because I train with such a fun but strict trainer (Julian) .. they shut down mckinney and moved to Allen but almost Plano location (exit 34) is pretty much Plano to me, which is quite a drive especially during peak traffic. The Mckinney location had a great vibe. Airy , spacious etc. In Allen the bags are too close to each other and for some reason , it feels very uptight. I'll give them points for very clean bathrooms but the drive is too far and the energy is wack at Allen. I like the Asian hype man at Allen too . He's such a sweet guy. My two cents , reopen a Mckinney location . You will fare better at retaining clients long term.

Gabby realy put a good wallipin on me with the mitts, took all my steam out, uggg, made it a challenge to finish the remaining rounds. Loved it... Allen seemed good too, a shorter mitt session, but he was very observant calling out that I was not keeping tight on the slip

Maybe their air conditioner was broken but that was the second time I dropped by and both times it was way too hot, and I don't mean warm...I mean hot. When you fix the ac please call me.

I typically would just go to a gym and do my own workouts, but this was ANOTHER LEVEL! It was fast paced, it was fun, and it was one of the best workouts I've had in a long time! Learning the different combos kept it really engaging and the time felt like it flew by so fast. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I had my first boxing class here, and it was SO MUCH FUN!! The atmosphere is like family and I did not feel intimidated for my first class. Nicole and Anna were so helpful in getting my wrists wrapped and teaching me the basic moves. It was a solid, challenging workout, and the class moves along with different drills so you don’t feel that dread of working out. :)

Experiencia negativa: My husband and I tried this boxing gym a couple of times. It's not far from where we live in Allen. My husband is very athletic and has a ton of boxing experience. We were underwhelmed. The first class was taught by Nicole. Class was very slow, the combinations were not challenging, etc. We didn't like the vibe at all. Second class was taught by Amy and it was the same thing. Disappointed. Do not recommend.

Gabby was AMAZING this was my first time ever boxing and she not only made me feel super comfortable and welcome, but she made sure I felt confident in what I was doing. It is so obvious that they care about their members and take the time to get to know their members! The workouts are incredible and different from each trainer and they really help you out with technique so that you can improve every time. This is the type of workout where you get out of it what you put into it--some days I come in feeling exhausted already from a long day and try to focus on my form and then some days I come in and focus more on power and strength! If you've never tried boxing, this is definitely the place to start and keep getting an incredible workout! Plus having multiple trainers helps to learn different styles and variations! Kudos to all the trainers (Josh, Amy, Brandon, Gabby and Francis) who keep all my sessions exciting, fun, and highly motivated!

Experiencia fantástica: It was very intense and there were a lot of new things that I needed to learn. Also, I get to use my whole body and it is very good workout compare to other sports. The staffs and trainers were so energetic and kind. If y'all visit here, you are going to want to get a membership! There are several types of membership you can choose! It is quite pricy like I expected, but it is worth of money and it is way better than gym in my personal opinion. If you are stressed out due to work or school, I highly recommend it!

The trainers and staff took a real interest in him and after 3 weeks he had enough self confidence to try out for the football team and is now the starting left guard on his team.

The owner treats you like family, the instructors are helpful, kind, patient, and so many amazing things, the other members are always there to work hard with you and support you, and the workouts are full body, strength training, and are tailored for any level! I burn so many calories in just one hour, and I leave wishing I could do another class!

There is a real sense of accomplishment, and even on "bad" workout days you still feel like you did more than what you would have done on your own. The conditioning is obviously incredible, but I love the "active rest" where we typically work on some sort of focused strength training. The trainers are encouraging, and informed coaches. I trust they know what they are doing. Overall great experience!

They continue to care about my fitness journey and are always hosting events to bring in new members so they can start their own fitness journey. Experiencia fantástica: As soon as my friend and I walked into the club, the gentleman at the front was welcoming along with Mallory, our class instructor. They made any fear or anxiety cease. The front desk guy helped us with purchasing our hand wraps and even placing them on correctly. Before the class started, he helped us get gloves, go over correct stance and technique. Mallory was amazing and met you at the level you were at. Even if you had to take a break, it didn't feel wrong or that you were the only out of shape class member. The workout was excellent and I ended up committing to a membership. They do things right here :)
