Experiencia fantástica: Clean and well-kept family-owned gyms and fitness centers are hard to find nowadays. You will find a very clean facility and well-maintained equipment. The gym is never crowded and you don't have to wait for a piece of cardio equipment. What is a big bonus is that it is connected with a chiropractic office. You can get adjusted, get a massage and exercise all under one roof!

Experiencia positiva: It is a small but clean facility. The staff is friendly. They have machines & free weights, as well as multiple medicine & exercise balls. I recommend it if you are looking for a no-nonsense place to exercise where it doesn't feel like a cattle call to work out.
