I had a few good trainers along the way but I find these videos World Class Boxing very informative and helpful.. I pick up things in every video and Tom Yankello explains in detail very direct to the point I watch a lot of others videos from other trainers that are pretty good but I would say Tom’s videos are the best… I tell the guys I coach when they are lacking something to watch his videos n the feed back I get is great I see improvements like I said I wish these videos were around when I was young!!
