Experiencia fantástica: Mike is a cool dude with no frills and no BS. Most CrossFit gyms are very boutique and full of drama, but this one is completely different. I enjoyed the people, the equipment, the cleanliness, and the workouts.

Experiencia fantástica: Mike and his members are so friendly and welcoming! We were looking for a place to drop into on NYE and Mike responded to my email within 24 hours. The class ran on time and was structured. The facility was large and clean. This will definitely be our go-to gym whenever we’re in town.

Experiencia fantástica: Don't let the name scare you off. Mike is patient and awesome ~ you can tell he loves what he does! He and all of the coaches are always helpful! I'm not the typical cross fitter at 57 years old, but after 3 years at the gym, I am much stronger than I was before! The gym community is like family and very supportive. It makes going to the gym enjoyable! Highly recommend!

You’ll notice that upon entering through the door. Overall it’s more than just a place to workout, it’s a place to get healthy through activity and nutrition planning.
