The owner Curt is one of the most friendly people I have ever met and cares about every member. I now have been a member for just shy of 2 years and have made many great friends. It's an awesome environment to work out in and the curriculum can be scaled to any experience level. If you want to feel better and look better I highly recommend you take a class here and you won't regret it!

Experiencia fantástica: Hands down, the best gym around (in my opinion). I've been a member since June of 2022 and attend classes 4-5 days a week alongside athletes of all ages and fitness levels. Everyone wants to see you succeed here! The programming will definitely kick your butt (you'd be mad if it didn't), the coaching staff will encourage you, and the environment will motivate you to keep coming back. Highly recommend!

The team working there is also fantastic. Curt is one of the friendliest people you’ll meet. His ability to motivate you is second to none.

I own a martial arts school and pay close attention to how other professionals scale workouts and Curt is one of the best. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Incredible place for beginners ! First time trying cross fit and had an incredible time. Coach Curt was super accommodating and helped walk me through the class, and made sure that I was comfortable and safe throughout. New equipment and clean was plus!
