Experiencia negativa: Rude and homophobic staff. As a business you are expected to remain professional to potential customers despite your personal beliefs. You need to retrain your staff at the front desk.

Experiencia negativa: Small, warm, and congested. After machinery use, members do not wipe down their machines and if they do its with spray bottle and dirty rags that have been used before to wipe other people’s sweat off the machines.
