Experiencia fantástica: If it wasn’t for Envy Fitness, I wouldn’t be where I am today. The best trainers and equipment in the area. Whether you’re trying build muscle or loose weight, Envy Fitness has you covered. They also can help you with your diet / eating habits to ensure you’re reaching your goals. All trainers there are very knowledgeable and friendly. No more having that fear of going to the gym because there’s “too many people?” “what if I’m not doing this right?” These are questions/ concerns I had, but after i had my first session I knew I was in the right place. I spent 6 months learning proper form, different workout techniques and learning about different types of protein and supplements. Today I still train 5 days a week with the same mindset I had when I walked into Envy. The key is to remember why you started and push yourself through those last reps.
