Experiencia fantástica: Dropped in for a few days and had a great time! Coaches and community were very welcoming and the gym itself is pretty cool! Has a feel of a real grassroots CrossFit space. They currently follow PRVN programming and there were some great workouts the few days I was there. Well worth it!!

They adopted me for the week and made this Louisiana girl feel welcome and right at home. Definitely recommend for anyone in the area, including drop ins like I was. Looking forward to visiting again when I am back in the area!

If you are nervous or intimidated by CrossFit, just know it is for everyone. The coaches will help you scale the workouts to meet you where you are at. You will also gain so many friends in the process!

Experiencia fantástica: I was in the Maryville area for about a month and they were able to give me a great deal since I wouldn’t be there long term. The facility is awesome but still has a rugged feel which is the type of atmosphere I really enjoy. The best part of this box is the staff and the members. They were all very friendly and inviting. You can see very quickly that everyone wants to see each other better themselves and cheer each other on. The best CrossFit experience I have had so far. Keep it up pistol creek!

Experiencia fantástica: I LOVED THIS PLACE! My wife and I dropped in while we were visiting friends In Maryville. One of the owners coached the morning class we attended. She introduced us and everyone made sure we felt welcomed. The programming was awesome and we didn't get too cray with the WOD. The facility was great and they had a shower so I could get going with my day right after. I lived their community, coaching and equipment. It was a fantastic experience to say the least. We will definitely be back and I can not recommend this gym enough.

Experiencia fantástica: I started CrossFit Pistol Creek in February of this year after a year of my boss telling me to go and try it out. I was very intimidated at first because I have had a previous back surgery and I for sure knew I wouldn’t be able to keep up with everyone and I wasn’t sure how well my back would hold up. Fast forward 6 months, the muscles in my back are stronger than they have ever been, I can actually keep up with the class and I see myself pushing through each workout with the help of every coach there. There is such an amazing feeling of accomplishment after you have finished a workout. CFPC is like a huge family and I have never been somewhere that immediately welcomes you and is SO encouraging! My only regret is not joining sooner than I did!

They might have quite a few people in the gym but I always feel like I am being observed and critiqued so I dont hurt myself. I enjoy being pushed and encouraged by my teammates and coaches. 2 weeks down and forever to go baby!!!

The environment around this gym truly instills family, friends and fitness. I was very intimidated because of what I'd heard about crossfit (aka how hard it is) and I didn't think I would be able to do it. However, I quickly grew to love it! Crossfit Pistol Creek is a place of encouragement, professionalism, and friendship. The coaches know what they're talking about and they genuinely care about their members. They don't make you feel weak or embarrassed, and if you're not able to do one of the movements they scale it or give you something different to do. If you are hesitant to try crossfit, please just drop in at Pistol Creek. You will feel welcome, safe, and encouraged. It's hard but that's what I love about it! You get a great workout every single day, no matter what. I go to the 5:30 am class and I can't imagine a better way to start my day. I am stronger physically and mentally than I've ever been and I firmly believe that Crossfit Pistol Creek has played a huge role in that! Give it a try!

Experiencia fantástica: Can’t find better coaches or community. You basically get personal training with the bonus of working out with fantastic people. The programming is designed to not only keep you excited about working out but also to grow your strength and skill level. All workouts are modifiable, so no one is left out. I walked in extremely over weight and out of shape and have never once felt out of place. Best gym in town!

Experiencia fantástica: This box is amazing. I had been too afraid to try CrossFit for several years and then I finally looked up my local boxes and saw the reviews on Pistol Creek. I looked at several pictures and noticed lots of happy faces, a variety of men and women, and especially families with children involved so I knew this might be the place for me. I'm a 34 year old Wife and Mom that is brand new to CrossFit and I was surprised at how welcoming everyone was in my classes as well as how flexible they were with my WOD. I was afraid I would walk in and be throwing up afterwards but instead I had great workouts and learned the proper technique for several exercises I had been doing incorrectly. I am currently taking the 8 AM class with Trey and I love it. If you're at all interested in CrossFit, this is the place to check it out!!

Experiencia fantástica: TDY to McGhee Tyson AFB this week and dropped in on two classes. Immediately felt welcome by all and had two great workouts. Coaches Kasey and Trey were excellent and provided the right mix of motivation and instruction. If I lived in the area this would be where I would come to crossfit!
