Experiencia negativa: I've been trying to join this gym for weeks. No one answers the phone, no one returns my emails with any help, and no one is ever at the gym during staffed hours. I've gone on three separate days and have been unable to speak with anyone, even after leaving a written note. The gym looks nice, but the customer service is abysmal.

Experiencia negativa: Gets very hot inside when it is warm out, AC must not be working right and management wont fix they have fans but that isn't a fix. Limited equipment. Bathroom are disgusting definitely doesn't get cleaned enough and the paper towels in bathroom are very frequently empty.

Experiencia negativa: Have shown up during "Management hours" four times and have been given a valid sounding excuse each time as to why no one is there to complete my registration.

Experiencia negativa: Gym is really small. You can get a decent workout if you’re creative and the equipment is working. Management doesn’t seem to put much effort into the place. Smells as if it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. Once a year upgrade fees do not go towards upgrading the gym. But there’s always fun notes from members to management when you get there in the morning.

Experiencia negativa: Too small, overpriced, not enough good equipment. Can't even have family members join because right now don't accept any new members. The worst gym I've ever been to.

Experiencia positiva: Mgmt needs to take better care of place, equipment down for a very long time, dust on tvs, alot of equipment needs new upholstery

Experiencia positiva: No frills fitness center. Small space and not a ton of machines but the staff is friendly, the bathrooms are clean, and it isn't overly crowded like some of the bigger centers. Also a nice "workout room" that serves as a multipurpose space for yoga, cycling, or whatever else.

Experiencia positiva: Busy and can be difficult to get on a machine with all the people on their cell phones, resting on machines between sets.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm a fan. Clean facility and usually pretty quiet when I'm there so easy to get the machines I want to use.

Experiencia negativa: I joined snap fitness in January 2017, when I joined I gave my insurance card to one of the staff members to get the discounted price until this day I been paying the full monthly amount on top of that in the month of April I was charged an extra $30.00 for gym upgrades which apparently gym upgrades are not covered by my monthly membership.
