Experiencia fantástica: Well staffed and equipped. Clean, friendly and flexible. Indoor pool, whirlpool and sauna. Strength training, cardio, trainers and classes. All adult ages. Lockers and showers.

Experiencia fantástica: Been going here for years. Now that I’m older they need rails on the walls by the pool. I heard they don’t want to do it because of the pretty design. That won’t hold up in court if someone falls.

Experiencia fantástica: Great all around gym for any fitness level. Friendly and helpful staff. They offer a wide range of group classes, a pool and and a well maintained outdoor running track. Facilities are always clean the free weights are always kept organized. Easily the best deal in town for the services available to members.

Experiencia fantástica: I have loved coming here and getting in the tub and exercise my seeing as how I have both kneecaps cracked...and I'm Dr ordered but when my knees get better I will be swimming laps and doing physical therapy and later.on I will pay $30 for a personal trainer. Great place to come...they have were and a sauna!!!

Experiencia positiva: There's an indoor pool, there's a part with a few jets and luke warm water. Walking trails outside. Childcare for one year and up. A sauna that's not in use. There's really only a handful of nice workers. The lady that I believe runs the joint is the worst. And they need more equipment for working on stomach toning.

Experiencia negativa: There has never been a gym so member-unfriendly as this one is. To be said to me "we don't like your attitude" after the staff was so rude to me was just incredible. And then leave only to have a cop tailing my car all the way to the city limits! Don't join this gym even though they "seem" to be nice at the beginning.
