Experiencia fantástica: Clean, organized, spacious and had all the equipment. The place has all the cardio equipment for Cardio Bunnies. Plenty of dumbbells and barbells for the Lifters. And kettlebells in pairs and space to use them.

Experiencia fantástica: Only been going here for a week, but I love it. I think the youngest one exercising was about 40 some people in their 80's! Perry Strickland is very nice and Mia is THE bomb! She gives helpful hints from a woman's point of view. No flashy spandex or overly stimulated bulging muscles here. Just a very nice and laid back place to walk on treadmill, elliptical, stair master or ride stationary bike. Pretty impressive weight room and lots of machines to work certain body areas. The staff sets up the weights for you so all you have to do is exercise!
