Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is so nice and motivational! I enjoy working out here! The owner is absolutely awesome! The gym is clean, and everyone there is respectful. It is a little cluttered, but it's a good gym to get a quick workout done!

Experiencia fantástica: Great Gym I went with my girlfriend one time and I really enjoyed it. Reminds me of an Old School Bodybuilder Gym. For anybody who is serious about working out and you’re not too far from this one, highly recommend this. Staff is nice. If it is your first time they may let you in for free depending on who is at the front desk.

Experiencia positiva: I like this gym because it carries the traditional model of gyms: they allow you to use chalk, have a deadlift platform, indoor stair-case for a power leg & cardio work-out, & have heavy dumbells up to 100 Lbs ( unlike most other gyms that only have up to 70 Lbs obviously discouraging the serious weight lifter).

Experiencia fantástica: I personally like the rustic appeal of this gym. It reminds me of an old school body builder gym. Never really busy and they also have specialized equipment. The price is also great. If you're a local and want pack some muscle on you're frame, this is a great choice.

Experiencia fantástica: Judge free zone and the workers are very kind always there to help forgot my jump rope the other day and one of the workers lend me theirs even went to their car and got it :)

Experiencia positiva: This gym has a friendly and helpful staff. It is a two-level gym, with weight lifting on the first-level and cardio on the second-level.

Experiencia negativa: We walked in for information (subscription, prices) and we waited for 5 mnts and NO ONE showed up in the front desk... Music was super loud (heavy metal )... No thank you

Experiencia fantástica: Great place to workout and members are really nice. Really gives it the old school look and vibe. You will put in the effort if you are willing too. If not then you should consider joining planet fitness or tru fit.

Experiencia negativa: So I came in on Sunday which they do not open till 11 which already stinks. I waited with 6 other people till 11:15 when an employee finally showed up. And when she does show up it turns out the keys were left inside the building and that we all have to wait for someone else to come by to open the door. From what the other people said it is normal for them to be late on Sundays, which is unacceptable. Very disappointed.
