But Hustle Hard Fitness is something different for me! The atmosphere is so positive! The owner is amazing! She meets you where you are physically and mentally! She pushes you mentally just as much as she does physically! She’s very encouraging and kind! I don’t know how many times I’ve said “I can’t” during a training session and she follows it up with “yes you can” or “girl you’ve got this”! It’s the motivation and positivity that will keep you coming back!
