Experiencia fantástica: Me and the boys came here to workout and swim ! We also hit on other cute guys in the locker room because we r gay. This place is so clean and well maintained it’s awesome! What an awesome and accepting place for me and the bros to come workout, swim and have a great time shirtless together. When we left we got a bus home and my barfly of an aunt was at the gym and sadly she hopped on the bus. She tried to join us back seat cool kids but she’s a barfly and she’s ignorant so we told her no and bullied her and made her cry. We can get pretty nasty and ignorant on the bus to people who cause drama like she does. I would definitely come here and check this place out. Experiencia negativa: I realized after 3 months of not patronizing the establishment that they were taking almost $75.00 every month out the f my bank account. The only reason I noticed (I’m super busy) is because I was low on money already and checked my bank account to make I had gas money to get to work and a doctor appointment. I realized at that point they were automatically charging my account and didn’t have the money to make me to work or my doctor appointment. At that point I called and asked for a refund not of three months but of just one. This so called Christian association cared not had no empathy or regard for my request. The staff do not realize how damaging this was to me I cannot ever return to a place that has such callous staff.

Experiencia negativa: I don't know how important the sauna Is to you guys or how important your money is to pay a membership. I hate that they have so many rules on the sauna area The Male staff in The morning is always late. On top of he take a break so they make you leave out of the sada disturb your mental ... I don't think they understand how therapeutic this Area is for some of us. He have very poor energy, very poor attitude. I've been coming here over 6mo now and he never Speak say Good morning to me or nothing Don't come off as a people's person at all It's kind of scary,. if you ask him a question You may get an attitude behind it. I just don't even bother to go in there like that Most of the time, they're close. It's best to call before you go there . I start driving to cuhoga falls now love it omg yall big Different they are so much friendlier. They have no restrictions on their sauna always open Every day even sundays sauna Close when the Facility close . You guys should go over there and see the big difference. Their pool water is so blue and so Clean and pretty Take your family over there. You will not be disappointed. It's sad but it's true

Experiencia negativa: The Kohl Family Y has went down hill year after year. I’ve been a member for 10+ years and have been treated poorly by the staff frequently who have no level of empathy. Cancelled my membership and will not be returning ever.

Experiencia negativa: Been shown the most racist attitude and questioning by this center, so it a crime to go out to help someone who I was on the phone with when I and my kids are in there center? If I have committed a crime will I be questioned that way? I didn't like the way and kind of questioning as if am a child! I live behind ymca so it a crime to go and give money to someone. Like seriously!

Experiencia positiva: I love YMCA Lake Anna! Parking isn’t so great however the equipment is pretty new, the pool area and the entire building is greatly kept.

Experiencia negativa: If you like to be bullied by staff and treated unfairly this is the Y for you. Staff is extremely rude and the executive director shows favoritism and does not treat everyone equally. Would not recommend this Y came here for years and treated poorly. Will try another gym in the area.

Experiencia fantástica: The employees and trainers are very personable and nice. I love Laura, June and Richard’s classes. They encourage me to keep going.

Experiencia negativa: Always an issue when I come here, they always change the rules. The manager is passive aggressive. I stopped coming here for multiple reasons the only good things are the classes sometimes. Choose a different why for a better experience.

Experiencia positiva: My kids took swimming lessons from this location. The swimming lessons were hit-or-miss largely depending on the instructor. I also feel that kids are just pushed through to each progressive class whether, or not, they should be. The facility itself was nice, clean, and the equipment was functional. In the gym equipment all looked clean and functional. There are several family changing rooms in addition to locker rooms for storing your stuff (bring your own lock) and cleaning up after a workout. Experiencia positiva: I’ve been going to this specific YMCA for probably about the whole 10 years or more it’s been there and I want to say I love the Kohl Family and everything they’ve done for our community. The Ymca was responsible for keeping me and a lot of others out of trouble and even were nice enough to provide food drinks and games along with the open gym etc. During the last 3 years or so me and a few lifelong friends who have also been coming to this YMCA for a very long time when we come we are kindve treated like criminals instead of family..very understandable that you have to ensure the safety of the building and employees and members. I just feel the check-in process is a little intense sometimes when SOME (older) employees are there. We come in peace and to stay out of trouble play ball and have a good time like we’ve done for years and although it’s not personal it sometimes seems a bit targeted. We were here during the foundation of this specific YMCA we were almost the reason it was built and we were apart of the rise we just want everyone to feel welcomed. Especially us and other young men who come to look for a safe zone to do something productive. -The Fellas from the neighborhood. (THANK YOU TO THE KOHL FAMILY FOR IT ALL AGAIN)

Experiencia positiva: Great Y but there's never a lifeguard on duty in the hours I need to go the pool is what I use the most! What's the use of h paying for a membership that I only get to use 5 days out of month....got to do better.

Experiencia positiva: Overall a very nice Y to work out at but usually with all workouts I like to use the sauna and that’s nearly impossible at this location unless you’re there in the middle of the day. It’s even posted that it won’t be open any weekend in august.
