Experiencia fantástica: Alyssa made me a safety net when I was weak from exhaustion. She didn't let me fall. What she did to give me stability in my life gave me opportunity to stay focused on forward motion. I have been to all the Spokane gyms and none have treated me as good as the owner of this one and all it's staff. They held me up when I couldn't carry my own weight. It is because of them understanding how important it is for the mentally ill with a physical chemical imbalance in their brain to exercise and how stable it keeps us that I successfully was lifted above the speed bump in my path on my road to success. I will never take this gym for granted. It's not about flashy equipment it's about knowing that you are cared about even when you have nothing to offer except the showing with actions that you are dedicated to the opportunity to say thanks. Alyssa strengthened and turned my life around. She is true loving kindness. I am forever grateful for opportunities. She didn't let the door of opportunity and strength clothes for me. She kept it open and I'm thriving now. I will never be able to say thanks enough for what these guys did for me. They changed my life for the better. The treadmill is my favorite medicine since I was a kid. Nothing helps me more than exercise and being around kindness.

Experiencia negativa: Honestly disappointed with this location. NFC didn’t work on any treadmill. One treadmill kept slipping making it difficult to even walk. Another treadmill had a grinding sound. Some of the weight machines are in need of some repair as well because the padding is ripped.

Experiencia negativa: Anytime fitness but nobody is there to pick up the phone I wanted to get a membership but yalls staff arnt in till 10 so how am I supposed to sign up not a very good business practice if you ask me and yall don't even have a app lol atleast there's planet fitness they have app and you can sign up for it and there no 30 day proprietary thing with them DO BETTER!

Experiencia negativa: A $20 late fee per missed payment is excessive. They could charge up to $95 or even more if your card information is incorrect. They refuse to rectify this. The agreement is very vague, and the fees are very predatory. They do not care about veterans. The BBB says they are not an accredited business, and rightfully so.

Experiencia negativa: It’s a dump! Aside from the facility being tiny and only a small selection of equipment, half of what’s there is broken. The “fitness room” interactive workouts don’t work and the “coaches” are in worse shape than the students. The manager is unfriendly and seems put off to offer any assistance. I’m surprised this location has managed to stay in business.

Experiencia negativa: Went and paid for a year upfront and a couple of weeks later lost my job due to military disabilities. Went back for a refund and told my story even provided paperwork from the VA and my military history and they werent willing to give my money back. Sadly they offered a measly 30% refund or for me to leave it there as a credit for me to use or give it to sombody else. Its tragic to me the way I was treated as a disabled combat vereran who needed my money back. I recommend that you use caution when thinking about getting a membership here and paying upfront like I did in good faith. I never even got to go once.

Experiencia negativa: This company uses manipulative contract renewal practices and makes it next to impossible to cancel. They even contacted mastercard and got my new card information and kept charging me. When I tried to bring up the issue to them, they wanted me to pay them even more money to cancel again! I am a disabled Veteran on a fixed income. They stole money from me and are the worst type of people! Please dont patron this gym!

Experiencia positiva: Good gym, been going here for about a year now. Not a big gym and can get crowded quick but the price is pretty good and they are 24hrs so if your like me and enjoy a nice midnight run to clear the mind this is the place especially for the winter.

The group classes have been a life saver for me! The people are amazing - both staff and participants. Highly recommend joining now if you are thinking about it and don't put it off like I did! Also - Alyssa is really great about making sure any movements are done properly to prevent injury and make the most of our time. I really appreciate that. I've learned so much since joining just a couple months ago.

The staff was always welcoming and never made me feel intimidated or like I didn’t belong. A clean and well put together environment! I’ll miss you guys! Thank you for everything ♥️

Alyssa answered every one of our calls, before 9am! She made sure we had access for the week and made us feel very welcomed. Alyssa and this location should get 10 stars!

Wouldn't think it would be as great from the location but as soon you pull into the parking lot, you can tell this is a very well maintained and thought about gym. It is really nice on the inside and outside. Cool equipment, great staff (Alyssa went above and beyond for me and my family). Can't recommend this place enough.

Experiencia negativa: This establishment continues to charge me over and over even though I can’t use the gym due to covid. I can’t even call the place and when I sent an email it was ignored.

Experiencia negativa: Stay Away! This gym has been charging members during the COVID lockdowns. Won’t answer their phones and refuse to call back after leaving messages. Called to cancel in response to received a bill from a CLOSED GYM and was told I would be required to pay another $40 cancellation fee. Talked to another Anytime Fitness in town and they informed me they have not been charging their members during the lockdown. Again stay away!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been with anytime Fitness for 8 years now and this was my first time to this location but I was really impressed! their body composition machine was excellent and the trainer Alyssa was very nice! Seeing how it's directly off the interstate and right next door to a truck stop, it's an awesome location for truck drivers.

Experiencia negativa: I went there inquiring a membership for myself, my husband, 2 girlfriends, and possibly their husbands. We just built a home here in Cheney and this gym in near by and convenient. It was 5:30 pm and tried to walk in. You must need a card as a member. However, I was obviously trying to get in for info; I was in a nurse uniform without a duffle bag. I was totally ignored and locked out. I felt stupid and unwanted. Awful experience. Pelton bike it is. Your business is terrible.

Experiencia negativa: be aware they want $40 cancellation fee that the won’t tell you about when you sign in plus they won’t cancel your membership over the phone if you can’t come for some reason. Plus they will continue charging you even though you told them you want to cancel your membership but they won’t cancel it till you pay the cancellation fee which is make no sense. I don’t recommend it at all they kept charging me even though I told them over phone I would like to cancel my membership.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is such a great edition to the community. When my gym closed, I was told to come check out this place. So glad that I did!! Friendly staff. Offers great classes. Alyssa rocks! Definitely recommend checking this place out.

People aren't too friendly (I mean the people who frequent the establishment) they get salty when you ask for a spot.
