Experiencia fantástica: I don't normally do reviews but Jordan, his wife and Quality Fitness Club absolutely deserve the few minutes a review will take. All the equipment in this gym is quality equipment and actually serves a purpose. The availability of free weights, racks, YES!! Just a few benefits of resistance training, aka free weights; Better Functioning Brain, Effect On Libido and Hormones, Changes in Mood, Boosts Your Immunity, and one of my favorite things about lifting in the gym is the carryover to real life. I don’t mean physically, I mean mentally. Quality Fitness Club has everything needed to efficiently and safely reap all these benefits. So... sign up... get in and do the fkn work!

Experiencia fantástica: Great equipment easy access and fair prices!

Experiencia positiva: Rock-solid all around gym with premium band name equipment. Rarely crowded (the population of the city is only about 5000 people) so you’ll not wait for a station or machine. The ownership is fantastic at answering calls and communicating whenever you need assistance—always answering the call or responding to the message to handle whatever you need in short order. The machines are well maintained and current. Sanitizing cloths are readily available at several areas of the club but I notice only about 1/3 of members use them—especially on the weights. So be sure to give equipment a wipe to be extra-safe before using. The club is kept clean and a cleaning attendant comes each morning. Well-maintained showers are offered as well as a sauna. Though there are friendly and professional reminders posted to “please put back equipment you take out” about 1/4 of the clientele either doesn’t read, or is lucky enough to have someone at home who picks up after them and perhaps think the posted reminders are merely a suggestion. Overall, This gym offers everything needed for the most casual or extreme fitness enthusiast at a reasonable monthly rate with a very attractive 24/7/365 access system and the space to entertain unique workouts. Nice work!

Experiencia positiva: Upsides: 24 hr fitness place with remote access. There's a full rack which is nice. There's a CrossFit/ functional side room and a sauna. Has a shower. Downsides:Kind of a wierd plate selection, no very high weight dbs. No oly platform or specialty machines (ghr, belt squat, hack squat). No hard wall for throws. It's still the best gym in Ahoskie if you don't need the pool at ecu health.

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym a lot of good equipment and the I haven't met a bad person there yet. I highly recommend. Also, who doesn't like a 24 hour gym? Go whenever you feel froggy!

Experiencia fantástica: This was a great gym for weightlifting. Not much else offered in this town as far as gyms. Weight lifting area is impressively large with free weights, benches, squat racks, hammer strength machines and regular machines. As far as cardio they have treadmills and elliptical. There was also a stairmaster. If you like a kinda old school bodybuilding feel then this is perfect, but you should be able to get most workouts done here.

Experiencia fantástica: Great clean, quality gym with a lot of great equipment. The owner is also very responsive, was locked out one night, called him and he instantly got me access. Definitely recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: This is exactly what the town of ahoskie needed to get people moving no matter what time of day they come in. This place has a lot of potential and comes ready with everything needed to get to them gains.

Experiencia fantástica: I recommend this place 100%. One Sunday night around 9-10 PM we called because my brother couldn’t get in, and not only they answered but the guy that answered was able to help us in a matter of a few minutes. Great place!
