Experiencia fantástica: Shawn and Allison are true trainers, in both mind and body. There approach to fitness is not only the workouts, they include nutrition, hydration, sleep and rest. The atmosphere at there facility is nothing less than a perfect setting for improvement. My results have been nothing less than amazing. In six months of committed training, I’ve lost 20 lbs two notches on my belt and I feel great. Awesome place to change your lifestyle. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I love High Definition Fitness. I have been with them for going on 4 years now. After having my first child I slipped into a dark place mentally and physically when it came to my health. They step up in every way and help you find yourself again. On top of that they have allowed for me to bring my daughter with me to my workouts since she was 2 months old. They are accommodating to your needs and truly want to see you succeed for yourself. I love that my daughter is growing up around such strong people and I can't thank them enough for helping me get back to being me. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a workout family rather than just a gym.

Experiencia fantástica: We haven't been to this gym but met the owners randomly on a hike. If their gym is as awesome as they are I'm sure it's a great place.
