Experiencia fantástica: Really love the environment at the gym. It is very relaxed, friendly and the coaches are friendly as well as knowledgeable. I’ve been doing CrossFit for going on 3 years now and use to be a big hater of it. The coaches are really about helping you improve based on what your goals are. Whether that be just to live a healthier and better life or you’re trying to do it competitively. The programming is great and I really enjoy the two extra class types “weightlifting” and “Aesthetics”. If you’re looking to try out crossfit style classes , or just looking for another gym. Definitely recommend giving One Society a try!

The coaches are amazing and the people who workout with you become family. This gym has become home for me. If you are questioning checking one society out, don’t. Show up, meet the coaches, and make new friends.

My workout is a bit different, but I learn a lot from the coaches that often helps me maximize muscle hypertrophy, range of motion, balance and endurance at this gym unlike any other gym I've joined in the past. Works well for me.

The camaraderie and motivation provides pushes me to keep getting better each workout. Coaches provide one-on-one assistance when you need it and scale workouts to your capabilities. I recommend this gym to anyone looking to improve their health and push themselves physically.

Experiencia fantástica: Krystle is amazing. Period. I’ve been doing personal training with her two days a week for one hour for the last month, and I already feel completely different. She’s caring, empathetic, motivating, and the most intelligent personal trainer or coach I’ve ever worked with. She has a complete understanding of the human body, and how to modify things to work for you along with teaching you to use the right muscles so you actually see results. I have an underlying medical condition and was told my quality of life would be severely impacted, but since I’ve started working with Krystle, I’ve been able to move around more freely without pain. I love her to death and plan sticking with her for the long run. If you are skeptical about working out just spend a day with her and you’ll feel differently.

Experiencia fantástica: I am a travel nurse that lived in the area for about a month and a half. Crossfit One Society took me in and treated me like their own for my time in the area. They have a nice facility and friendly staff. I definitely recommend.

I knew after the first workout it was the beginning of a new relationship and revitalized me. People/ gym members are great, staff is great, hours and location is awesome as well. If u need motivation and have yet to meet ur goals, this is the place. Wait no longer try them out you won’t regret it’

Experiencia fantástica: This is a true CrossFit box! The coaches are awesome! I love how they take their time for me during the workout and give me many options if I can’t do something or know how to. Everyone trys to make conversation and make me feel comfortable there.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place to workout! Challenging, but even in difficult moves there are plenty of modifications. Always motivating us to keep going. If you're needing a snack or drink before or after the workout, there’s plenty. My kids have fun with the other kids that go, or enjoys watching movies until mom and dad are finished. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I found Crossfit One Society through a 6 week challenge on Social media. In those 6 weeks it was apparent that I had found a gym that would put me to the challenge. Push me when I didn't have drive enough. During the first few weeks I met a fantastic community of fellow gym members. I was invited to join the gym community for the 2019 Crossfit Open, something I probably wouldn't have done on my own. Sure glad I did. Crossfit One Society became the coolest place to be on Friday nights! I can say it is still one of the coolest places to be, as I look forward to the workouts and interacting with the community on a daily basis. From 6 week challenge guy to a full time membership for my wife and myself. If you are looking for a place where you don't feel the intimidation of big Corporate gyms, a place to help you be your best, that gives the support to push you through on those tough workout days, and a place to meet a bunch of good people just like you, then Crossfit One Society is the place to be!

Experiencia fantástica: Never really worked out much but Crossfit One Society was recommended by a local restaurant owner. I tried it, was hooked from the beginning and really appreciate Jordan Wilson and his team making me feel at home and teaching me the ropes. Very Impressed

Experiencia fantástica: I tentatively walked through the door six months ago, and I am amazed what my 'mature' body is capable of with a few modifications during conditioning class. Fantastic coaches, also wonderful support, and encouragement from the members.

The coaches scale every workout to your ability so there is literally no excuse why anybody can’t workout at this gym. If you’re looking to make friends, while having a fun time working out then join this gym!!

Experiencia fantástica: Five star gym!! I have only had a few drop-ins with family and friends but the staff is top notch. Great conditioning and strength workouts with no-quit-attitudes. It’s very family oriented, providing a great workout and environment. If I still lived up in the high desert I would join. My wife and I are patiently waiting for them to build one in Murrieta
