Experiencia fantástica: I started off at Alpha on a challenge basis and a year later I am so grateful that I made that decision. The staff and members are very welcoming and supportive. All the trainers are amazing and help you reach your goals no matter what that may intel. Within the year of being there I have done two competitions which I never could have imagined. I not only found a new love for CrossFit but found even better lasting friendships. Love my gym family!!

I don’t even have to think, haha just burn calories and build muscle. Vince the owner sets everything up for you to succeed. I was so nervous and insecure when I first started 8 years ago. Elena and Vincent are the best trainers! They plan the workouts and make it challenging but will modify it if needed to make sure that people are able to still do the workouts! The members are great too, it feels like one big family here! It’s life changing, come see for yourself!

Experiencia fantástica: Great boot camp style gym. Encouraging and helpful in modifying any exercise to accommodate some physical challenges I now have. Small class sizes for a more personal training. Everybody is helpful and the trainers are great. Very clean environment in these Covid times!
