Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member of this gym since 2015. It is a welcoming environment with equipment for every type of workout. Anything from free weights to kettlebells and platforms, there is something for everyone. More importantly though, the majority of employees that were here when I started are still with the gym. This consistency is a testament to the familial environment you feel at Power Play.

Wide selection of equipment for all different workout styles & techniques, but the gym is just small enough so that it's all available at your fingertips. Everything from power lifting to free range of motion bands, mats, balls, blocks & plastic obstacles, plus the usual cable guided machines, spin bikes & treadmills. Many trainers to choose from all with different backgrounds & specialties. Friendly staff & family atmosphere.

Experiencia fantástica: Karen, made the beginner Pole Fitness class fun! I had a blast! I'm extremely shy so taking this class was a bit of a stretch but well worth the experience. I must say the "Warm Up" was no joke!!! Karen gets your blood pumping!

Experiencia fantástica: It's a great place. They bring you towels, the lockers works by using password so you don't need bring your own lock or towel. They also have an indoor basketball court and a swimming pool that are really great.

Experiencia fantástica: (This is for the pole classes at the studio in the same locationr; I am not sure how to remove the review). Great studio, great instructor (Karen). I've taken beginner classes at a couple of other studios and this is the one I'll be coming back to! The room is spacious and has mirrors all around so you can see yourself. Some other places I've tried only have the mirror at the front of the room, so if you're behind someone, you can't quite see what you're doing. Also, Karen is wonderful and demonstrating and explaining proper technique. She wants you to have a good foundational understanding of what you're doing so that you're set up to succeed and progress, if you choose to keep going. And everyone was so friendly and supportive! I will definitely be back!

Experiencia fantástica: Up to date aerobic equipment, many machine stations and free wts. Multiple rooms so you don't feel crowded. Many trainers. Nice personal. PLACE IS KEPT CLEAN. So showers, toilets, equipment etc feel safe to use.

Experiencia negativa: I'd like to give a higher rating. For their rare appearance in a pole dancing class, maybe learn to keep the psych high for guys? It's not that hard. Be conscientious of the fact there is a guy in the room and stay away from gendered pronouns. Men do participate- i know less often- in that activity. Juuuuust say yall instead of ladies if there is a guy in the class. Also, half of the moves taught were to accentuate female form and sexuality. Overall the class was fun though. Not one star.

I could go on about the many reasons but I'll reduce it to just three. 1) Very warm, welcoming and knowledgeable staff 2) Gym accommodations (yoga mats, towels, locker room and toiletries 3) Experienced instructors who pay attention to your needs. I had been googling for hot yoga in Dallas and found an article, it listed many places but I chose this one because it was close to my home and they offered various payment options if you just wanted to try it out. So after my first day and being warmly welcomed by the staff at the front desk and the instructor, I felt confident that this could be a place for me. I came back throughout the week and noticed how I was actually making advancement in yoga poses and I felt so good about myself. I really and truly appreciate this place!

Experiencia fantástica: I am a soccer player. Kevin, the massage therapist, keeps me on the pitch with preventative matinence, and I typically see him after every tournament. After 5 training sessions with a Power Play trainer, I was able to increase my vertical playo jumps from 24 inches to 36 inches.

Experiencia fantástica: A good gym in a a good location! It has a great variety of equipment all in good working condition. The atmosphere is very friendly and helpful. There are a number of good personal trainers if you want one. They also have a very good massage therapist. Group classes are available also. There is a wide range of ages and all seem very comfortable in this gym!
